  When i first received my loan the staff was super nice. I was close to the store to make a payment n the girl made it clear if i wasnt entirely sure she wasnt going to take my name and look because they were about to close. Surely not wanting to stay just a bit to help a customer nor answer any questions. Being new to the city this was very discouraging.

  ACE Cash Express is another small business that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I am sorry your business was lost during the wave of darkness that passed over our city in May/June 2020. You were innocent. I hope and pray that your business comes back stronger than ever.

  The loan process is pretty quick and easy and everything was explained clearly to me such as the finance rate, when 1st payment was due and how much the minimum payment would be.

  After wasting my time, having me wait a lot, file some paperwork, and having technical difficulty, looking up my work place, CALLING to VERIFY with my work... Apperently, can't cash my check... +30 minutes... Not work the waste of time, definitely wouldn't deal with them if I've known they would do this. I called ahead of time, they said they can cash it... I go... I give them a number to verify... They called... And when everything is done... They can't cash it..... 👎 JUST TELL CLIENTS YOU CANNOT CASH THEM AND I'LL SAVE THEM TIME! 🤦‍♂️

  They just charged way too much especially for cashing a money order that's already from MoneyGram they charge 6%, I already had to pay $40 to get the money order sent to me again then another 6% when I went to cash it never get money orders again is what I learned.

  It’s just an overall great bank to be with just like in my experience in getting my card set up it’s exactly what you sign up for no hidden fees or anything I love it thank you.
