  Syliace is one of the best "Customer Service Managers" by far. Her professionalism inspires even the most weak on customer service! I am wowed by her attitude, dedication, knowledge and most importantly, the way she makes feel special for being a customer. I would say to give her a raise, or even promote her as a regional manager because she makes your brand look Ah-Mazing! Even with the high interest prices that y'all charge, she is one of the reasons why When I was in need for the second time, I picked up the phone up and called ACE Cash Express, so glad to hear her voice over the phone. I know I'll be taken care of 100%

  Wonderful employee , Sylace , hopefully I didn't butcher her name. So polite and kind. She never rushes me, takes her time, explains everything to me. Really appreciate everything all her help.

  I've been a customer at ACE for several years, and most recently at this location. Syliace and Linda recently teamed up to handle this store, and what I receive at every arrival is a friendly hello and sincere smiles! Gotta love these ladies! In my opinion, the world could stand a few more people like this. Truthfully!! CP

  Ms. Linda was amazing. I came in with a chip on my shoulder because everyone else was giving me the run around. It was a government check for goodness sakes. By the end of the transaction. She went above and beyond to verify the check when no other business took the time. I just want to thank you Ms. Linda from the bottom of my heart. You were absolutely the only good thing that has happened to me in the last 48 hrs. Forget employee of the month. She deserves the employee of all time. It’s faithful and patient employees like her, that keep your business running with minimal hiccups. I hope she is never taken for granted. She deserves much recognition! Be blessed! Thank you so much for relieving some of the mess that I was going through when I came to your window! I probably wasn’t even deserving, at the time. But u turned my frown upside down.

  If you have a check and you want to hassle for your place to cash it these people are it they have a great work ethic and consistency I've cashed over a hundred checks in the last two years at this place never once had an issue I will be back for more business
