  Freddy was amazing. He was working the day of the ice storm and I had been driving all over town for a store to pay my rent and he was the only person open, he was about to close up but still spent 20 minutes helping me make sure My transaction was correct and he saved me a lot of stress.   I had a very pleasant experience here but for some reason my bank card was sent to an address I do not have immediate access too. Causing further delays in my daily life. I go to check my online account and the shipping address, so no clue how this happened. Would give a 5 if this clerical error had not occured.

  Linda is totally awesome and Everytime I go in there she is always on top of everything. She does such an amazing job making sure that you feel welcome and does everything in a timely manner.   Let me tell you about **GINA**, possibly the only decent human being left on Earth. When we walked into ACE, my husband and I were not having a good day. We spent the previous 24 hours in the immediate aftermath of a life-altering disaster. To make matters worse, we suffered horrible treatment and service with every professional/business interaction thereafter. Until GINA! She was friendly, efficient and professional - which was so refreshing by that point that I would have been satisfied had that been the end of it. But she then went above and beyond by also suggesting several helpful resources we could seek for additional support during our crisis, and offering sincere compassion and empathy. Thank you, Gina, for restoring some of my faith in humanity. Both my husband and I are experienced service industry managers.
