  The teller that I worked with today named “Nancy” at center 1025 was amazing, positive attitude, efficient, professional. She even stayed after her store was closed To finish helping me an I greatly appreciate her kindness and loyalty to her job ! Thank you .

  First time visiting an Ace location to purchase a money order. The associate Nancy was helpful in showing me how to fill out the money order being this my first time purchasing one. I recommend Ace if you're going to purchase money orders you will receive great service.

  Had a great experience today with Diamond B. I needed a money order and some quick cash and she got me together she showed great customer service and was very knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions I definitely recommend

  I arrived at ACE Cash Express, to apply for a payday loan but could not retrieve my bank statement online. It was already after 6:00 PM by the time I was able to access my bank information. Nancy offered to assist me with trying to access my online banking statement. She continued helping me until I was able to successfully email the statement to the store. Once Nancy confirmed that she received the statement, she was able to process my loan by this time, it was already 6:26 PM (I failed to mention that the store closed at 6 pm). Thankfully, my loan was approved. I finally left ACE Cash express around 7:02 PM. Nancy, thank you for your kindness patience professionalism and taking the time to assist me; when you could’ve easily told me that you were closing and that I needed to come back. This really meant a lot and reminded me that there are good people who take pride in the work they do. Your kindness meant a lot. Thank you, Dawn
