  Horrible, will never finance anything through them again. I don't know if their computer systems are out of date or their staff has no idea what they're doing but when I financed my equipment I signed up for automatic payments. They messed that up and called me to see where my payment was. Then again I signed up for automatic payments it went through for a few months and then again it got messed up they tried to charge me late fees because of their mixup when I sent them an email about it they thankfully took away the late fees but gave me a smart comment like it was my fault that they don't know what they're doing.

  I called this morning, with dread after reading the reviews of customer service. I spoke with a wonderful young lady, named Grace, who was both pleasant and helpful. Her voice was a bit too quiet initially but when I asked her to speak up, without hesitation she spoke up (or maybe adjusted how she was holding her phone/headset?)

  The abosute worst company on planet earth. Got a predatory loan through them and it has been a fight for a straight year. Either they refuse to accept any form of payment towards your loan (charging you late fees the entire time for their errors), or they have an "error" and triple charge your payment and drain you dry (which was done 3 months in a row). Their support is not just worthless, but infuriating. I wish I had never run into these sharks.

When you called us, our customer service team member credited you the over payments. If you'd like help with making payments in the future, please feel free to call us. Our representatives would be happy to handle this for you. And, late fees are only charged when a consumer does not make a payment on their account.   I was on the phone with the company if anyone wants to know contact the BBB Because, it seems like this company is a fraudulent they are trying to charge me for a product that I'm not using. I called this company everyday to get this contract cancelled their customer service is not good I talked to three different people. The girl that sold this product not only sold the product but has the contract customer service asked me for a written statement, now why would you do that when I'm trying to cancel. This company has to be shut down soon it's a rip off.

  Will not work with you at all and if you cal and try to post pone a payment they pretty much tell you your outta luck and charge your account anyway and if it doesn’t go through they charge it a 2nd time . My personal bank charges me a fee everytime they charge me and have to send it back now because if this “professional business” I’m 140 dollars in the hole. I wouldn’t give them any stars but have to give them at least 1 to let everyone know not to trust them

  My client gave this company wrong account information to deduct his vacuum payment. We went to their main office ànd everyone their was professional and courteous and went beyond to help remedy this situation. Thank you for your help. Very impressed with this company.

  Constantly being called and harassed and bullied, telling me my account is in arrears and the people i speak to have such a bad and negative attitude. Plus i calculated that by now i should have well and truly paid off my purchase but yet they are still deducting monthly payments not including the arrears.

  Never in my life have a experience people that don't know what they are doing. you get denied a loan and all you want to find out is why and no one has the answer. I am good without taking a loan out. The universe was telling me something and I should listen.

  Hi Ann – Neither UCFS nor the business can provide you with your credit information. You can contact a credit reporting agency such as Equifax, Experian or TransUnion for details on your credit. Also, you'll receive a letter from UCFS via U.S. mail in 10-14 days. Janice
