  You have a wonderful person staffing this location, extra care needs to go into making sure the computer systems are fully functional to complement her ability to take care of customers in a timely manner. Please buy or upgrade the equipment, and she definitely deserves a raise!

  The owner needs to fix the heating situation. The poor workers have no heat and because of that they have to make the temperature to high in the lobby area. Please fix the HVAC in the building, this will help the customers as well as the workers be comfortable while conducting business. The location in Church Square off of 79th and Euclid Cleveland, Ohio.
