  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Splash Financial! I've saved over $300 per month with the rate I got from them. This has changed my life. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze, I had friendly and supportive follow up from their customer service team when I had questions. When any of my friends talk about refinancing their loans I tell them that they need to check out Splash. My friends have had the same experience! I wouldn't look anywhere else. I'm on my second time refinancing my loans and you know where I went? Yes it was to Splash Financial.

  There were multiple technical glitches that made my experience with Splash very frustrating. First off, the rates that were displayed to me and my cosigner were different. When I emailed Splash they said they manually choose the lowest rate so that I would be guaranteed my preferred rate, but then reported there was a technical glitch that prevented them from choosing it. We contacted them multiple times and did not hear any updates for several weeks. Finally we called again after a few weeks of silence, and they told us that the technical issue could not be rectified and I would have to fill out information again under a new email address. At this point I was very frustrated because the communication had been very poor. For a second time, I filled out the information and included the information for my cosigner, after which the system said my cosigner was sent an email. My cosigner said he never got the email, so I attempted to refill out the cosigner information for 2-3 times more but an email was never sent to my cosigner. We finally emailed Splash again telling them the cosigner email was not sending, at which time they sent the email to my cosigner. When I visited the website, the interest rates that showed were higher than the original ones. I attempted to contact Splash multiple times over the past several weeks and did not get a return call. Once I got in contact with them, I asked for the lower rate that was originally promised and they told me there was no way to give me the previous rate and I would have to choose from the new, higher rates. Overall this experience has been extremely frustrating and has made me doubt their ability to handle my loans without a serious error occurring.

  They send me annoying mail. And these other reviews are obviously fake, so unethical to take advantage of people like that.

  Tim Beres went above and beyond handling my account and making sure my account went smoothly upon closing my previous loan. He guided me and even represented me directly when speaking to the other loan party to better understand financial terms. I would recommend Splash Financial.   I have been very satisfied with my experience with Splash. They've gone above and beyond in addressing my personal situation and devising a strategy that works for me. The great interest rate is obviously the appeal for splash, but what distinguishes them from others is their customer service. Have recommended to my colleagues and continue to do so.

  The overall process was great. It took a little over a month from the start of the application to when the loan was disbursed to pay off my previous lender. I checked rates with about 15 other lenders and Splash by far offered the lowest rate, with no origination fees.. I ended up lowering my monthly payment by about $130 dollars. Very happy with the experience,.

  It was so easy to get a quote, pick a plan, and sign all the necessary paperwork online. They were very prompt with their correspondence. And most importantly, I love their low interest rates.

  Splash financial was so helpful and friendly on the phone whenever i called and needed help. Through them i was able to drastically lower my student loans when I refinanced them with splash financial. If you are looking to consolidate loans, I highly recommend them!
