  Usually I dont have a problem with going to this location but yesterday was unprofessional.I don't know the female name but the associate that was working that day must not know how to do her job description and dont know how to be informative.Maybe ace need to do retraining especially with customer service skills! THROUGHOUT all my visits i never had to go back in forth with an employee about something that should of been common sense. I will never go back this place! I SHOULDNT EVEN PUT 1 STAR.

  I was having a complicated process of cashing a check. And Miss.Linda was super nice and patient and she did a very good job! I would recommend coming there just because of her☺️

  I was told that I could only cash only 2 money orders per month! I told the lady that I was planning on buying my Grandson and car but his grades weren’t up to par so I changed my mind, that’s why I have the blank money orders. I was speaking nothing but the truth. So they called to check to see if the money orders were legit, which they were so now she tells me that they can only cash 2 every month! I wasn’t feeling as though I was being told the truth, so I will no longer deal with ACE

  My experience at Ace cash express was far more than I imagined. The cashier, Lisa went above and beyond her call of duty when I ran into a small problem trying to cash my payroll check. She was willing to make the necessary calls to verify my check to make sure it was legitimate because there were some discrepancies pertaining to my check. Because of that particular reason, I know that I will be cashing my check at her store in the future.

  Ace is a great place. However they do need 2 people at all times. I don't understand why the have 1 cashier at each store.

  Stop in this ace today & I was kinda in a rush but the lady that helped me by the name of Lisa , she was very patient & very informative to me . I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends :)
