  Alexis great example of customer service representative. Alexis listened to my stressful situation at pls check cash place next door. Alexis tried to help with my situation although I had difficulty with the apps on my phone Alexis tried to figure it out for me. At the end I preferred for Alexis to handle the money transfer. I'm happy with the easier process Alexis provided. Thank you Alexis !!!!

  I came by here to try and cash my stimulus check and agree 100% with the previous review that the employee that assisted me, Alexis, is so welcoming, friendly and kind!! Great customer service is always refreshing and I will definitely come back to this store in the future. I’m not sure what other check cashing places charge but it did cost $15 here, however I just wanted it done asap and I was happy that they could load the $ directly to my cash app account using my card.

  Great customer service. The district manager Amy resolved my problem in a timely manner after I was mistakenly charged for cashing some money orders and she made sure I got a refund. Not only did she resolve the issue but saw to it I did not have to go out of my way. I appreciate that they believe in customer satisfaction.
