  Gloria gave me a terrible experience. Tried to tell me they couldn't do card transactions which was false because I've done it before at this location and when I pointed that out she paused, said rudely, "I was getting to that", rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell me that they were technically an ATM and it would cost a small fee which I was already aware of. No customer service skills whatsoever. She also entered in my amount for a money order wrong the first time and I had to pay a second card transaction fee. She needs to lose the attitude or lose the job.

  The young lady that helped us went above and beyond to make our transaction as fast as possible. My brother has medical issues and she was very accommodating.

  This is a bad place to go to smells like weed and i know for a fact the fat guy stole 20$ dollars because that was my last bill to pay and he said i was short of money when i counted it out before i went in.

  Does not open when it says it will be open! It Says 9:00am and its 9:30am store is still not open . Im leaving to other Ace Cash Express off of Midway. This location is waste of time

  Everytime enter an ace check cashing, only one teller, extremely busy, TO TIME CONSUMING
