  The only thing about this store is I wish it was 24/7. Anyway, Vonda is so amazing and has such exceptional customer service, I refuse to do anything when she’s not there. When I open that door, if I don’t see her beautiful smiling face or hear her friendly welcoming voice, I shut the door and walk right back out. Thank you so much Vonda for always being so ready to help. 💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

  I was in a hurry when I stopped bye Ace. The lady that helped me was friendly,Courteous, and knowledgeable. Vonda explained some services to me that I didn’t even know Ace had. I wish I could give 10 stars. I really like it when people are friendly and knowledgeable of the work they do.

  I had an issue with my id the lady Hilda was training the new employee Delia and they both were awesome . They were really professional and patient have me information about the flare account and helped me cash my check . I would recommend this location to anyone

  Came to visit this location for a cash advace and I just wanted to say that I was very impressed by Lola's customer service she was amazing and very helpful and made everything super quick and easy! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating and will be visiting this location again soon 😀

  I highly recommend this ACE location on Walnut Hill. . I went into the location on MacArthur and they informed me that the system was down. And that you can't pickup any loans. And the associate didn't know when the system would be back up & that I should call another location to see if they're system is up. So I did. I called the location on Walnut Hill & Mrs Vonda politely answered the phone & I told her what the other location said and she said that info they gave me isn't true. So since the system was down I proceeded to apply online for a loan & Mrs Vonda informed me I could pick up my loan from ANY ACE. So once I finished applying I was approved & she gave me my loan. Thanks again Mrs Vonda ☺💪

  The employees at ace are great!! ms lavonda helped me during a very frustrated day; her smile, positive attitude and informative information has actually helped me from that day forward, people like ms lavonda put the "good" in good business practices and customer service!!
