  (Angry customer from California.)If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst finance company ever. They approved us for a car, let us drive around for 10days then all of a sudden not approved? What kind of company does this. The reviews and law suits say it all. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, I'm sad I don't have the car, but I do not need to depend on this company to make it where I'm going. Good bye to this a shady little place in Texas. Its Gods blessing to be away from you then, saving me from hell..

  DO NOT DO IT. They will say anything to get you to sign the contract. They are absolutely the worst company to finance through. They want me to pay more then double of what the car is worth in interest. They will say after a year we will lower your interest rate. After the year they said oh no we cannot lower your rate. Even though I never missed a payment or was never late on a payment. They are truly the worst company out there.

  This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. The CORPORATE office does not return phone calls and there customer services harass you at all hours of the day. This company has done me and my husband so wrong that we are forced to take legal action. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK., WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH BANKS FOR OVER 26 YEARS IN FINANCING OF AUTOMOBILES, WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO OBTAIN A TITLE FROM THIS BANK FOR 60 DAYS THAT THEY AGREE THEY RECIEVED PAYMENT. NOT ONLY WAS IT A CASHIERS CHECK BUT IT CLEARED 14 DAYS AGO AND NOW AFTER 5 PHONE CALLS AND FIVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS THEY HAVE TOLD ME ANOTHER 45 DAYS AND WHEN I POLITELY ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, HE HUNG UP ON ME. WHO WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. CLEALRY BY THERE REVIEWS NOT MANY

  This is the WORST FINANCIAL Company I have ever dealt with!!! The customer service very unprofessional, ghetto, and not knowledgeable of anything that's going on. I've had my car for 1 year out of the one year I received my statement 3 times and it was five days after the due date other nine months didn't receive at all and customer service blames it on the USP(post office) you can never talk to corporate office and if you leave message they never ever call you back... They deserve no freaking stars at all!!!! Going to refinance my car through another source. I'm also contacting the Commission on Banking, Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau... Because you get nowhere trying to talk or get matters solved with these scammers!!!

  Horrible company!!!!!! At the end of September 2017 I called and paid off my Loan and I asked 10 times if I’m done with them of there is anything else I should do . The month after I see a charge on my account and I call and ask what is it and the representative tells me that I should get a refund by the mail as a gift card (why gift card if they withdraw the money directly from the account???) . Now it’s December 19th and I’m still waiting for the refund?!?!?! Called again to ask why it’s taking so kind and the representative said it should take a month for me to get it . A month for a gift card ????? I had a very bad experience with there costumes service!

  I paid off my car for 5months. They still not release my title. Every time I call them they will say will be released in a few days. However they did nothing until now!

  This has to be the company with the WORSE communication system for a business. I told them two days ago about my account information. Two days later they still calling on the same matter. If you don't have to do business with them don't by no means. I do RECOMMEND them to anybody.

  I just got finance through them and I'm trying to receive a copy of my contract and finance information they are telling me to go through the car dealership and the car dealership said go through them I need copies of what I have agreed to and no one is giving it to me I finally got the paper work and it was from the dealer ship guess what? Interest rate is so high that it should be illegal to do and my car note is over $500 and before I made my first payment the interest rate was more then my car note that mean I will no way be able to pay this car off if I stay with these robbers I gotta get refinance through a different company and remove my services from these people it's sick that America allow the things they do I consider the people that do illegal things to be honest just on the fact they don't hide the wrong but these people are consider legal why they hide all the wrong I'm furious to be tricked into a trap I degree and declare that I will be set free from the trap of 666 it's going to work in my favor by the blood and power and authority of Jesus Christ Amen
