  Do not I repeat DO NOT let these people run your credit!!! I was very upfront and honest about my credit and everything during the application process, the young woman guaranteed me that it was not a problem and she would get me approved. I kept asking and verifying what she was saying because I did not want my credit ran just to end up denied and get a negative mark on my credit, not to mention she sounded very eager and was trying to fast talk me, and she assured me and told me she would call me back in an hour after she was done with everything and that they would be able to offer me something because I had the income. 2 hours go by and I haven’t heard anything so I called back and another woman told me the young lady was still working on my application and would call me back. Never received a call. I called the next morning to follow up and I spoke with Jocelyn and she said they were backed up because of tax season and said she would work on my application and return my call. She called me back to verify my supervisors phone number to verify my employment which I gave her. Then Jocelyn called me back 5 minutes later to tell me they were denying my application and could not offer me anything because I had a charge off on my account and that I should apply again when my credit is better. AGAIN this is something I told the woman who started my application before my credit was ran, like I said I was very upfront and honest with these people. I don’t know if they get some sort of payoff for running as many customers credits as possible but I told Jocelyn that it was not right for you all to lie and guarantee customers approval after they’re completely honest with you about their credit situation and then say you’re credit based and you understand what I’m saying “But...”. No there’s no buts, you people don’t have to lie just to get customers. Just be upfront and honest about what your criteria is and let people decided based off that if they want to apply. Do not let these people run your credit if it is not good! Go somewhere else!!!

  I feel that it is very unprofessional to promise one something and not fulfill that promise. I applied for a $5,000 loan and was told I was approved. My credit is impecable, over 700, and I could do business with any institution of my choice, but I decided to give this place a try because it’s near home. When I arrived to retrieve my check, it was only $710! When I ask where the rest was, the young lady replied, “Oh no one called you? You were only approved for $700.” I replied, “But when you all contacted me after I’d applied for the $5,000 your response was You’re approved.” Not once did anyone contact me to tell me otherwise. Now, my credit score has taken a hit and I’m at a deficit during a family emergency, unbelievable!
