  Joe Eagan and his team were very responsive to every question I had, and answered several more before I had a chance to ask. They worked closely with my real estate broker to make sure she has everything she needed from the pre approval letter all the way through the closing documents

  I just received my "Congrats" gift from The Wynn Team - a very thoughtful and fun care package. It was great! I have had a wonderful experience with The Wynn Team. Cindy and Jennifer have both done a great job of keeping me informed from the very beginning. I especially appreciate Cindy taking the time to explain the Mortgage Credit Certificate to me - twice (due to my own forgetfulness - not her lack of clarity). She always makes sure I understand what is happening with the loan, and has been available whenever I need her. Jennifer too, takes the time to explain thoroughly what is going on with my credit approval, the appraisal process, underwriting, etc. She has been extremely helpful (and patient with me) in keeping me updated every step of the way. I very much appreciate this - the more I understand, the less stressful the process is. I have had a few challenges arise with my process and both ladies have been very supportive and encouraging. I really appreciate their "bed side manner" if you will. They are both compassionate, patient women, and that makes makes a big difference! All in all, I have absolutely no complaints! Your team is awesome!

  Cyndi, Joe, Donna, and Tori were all so amazing!! I couldnt possibly imagine how anyone could be more informative, knowledgeable, prompt, or professional than The Wynn team. I would highly recommend them to anyone in purchasing, or refinancing a home. I'm not sure if it's possible for anyone to work as hard and as swiftly as they had worked for me when I purchased my home, and refinanced. Simply the best!

  Exceptional service and communication! This team is top notch. They went above and beyond in their customer service, and their rates and overall closing costs were very competitive and beat out other companies. I was given their name by my son-in-law who also had a great experience. I won't even think twice about who to use if I have mortgage financing needs in the future. Great job Wynn Team!

  My experience with Cindy and the rest of the team there was nothing short of stellar! They made the process as easy as getting a mortgage can be. They got me approved for more than a competitor could. The thing that impressed me the most was their follow through. Any time I had a question, there was an immediate response. They were always very pleasant and eager to help. I would use them again without hesitation and will happily encourage anyone I know wanting a mortgage to work with them as well. The service they provided was quite amazing and I'm grateful to them for making the acquisition of my condo as smooth as it was.
