  Three open tellers and none of them where doing anything. I was in a big hurry and was very irritated by this. Finally the only teller with a customer finished and was very nice. Also the other day a teller was very rude and turned my husband away because he didn't have his account number even though the last time they could use our social . I went back and a nicer male teller explained they changed things and could no longer look up the account with our social. I like this bank because I bank with a credit union that is farther away and we can go here which is close to our home. I also like the toys to keep my son busy. Just had a bad experience yesterday.

  Worst bank ever. They fought tooth and nail with me for over three years about depositing a rent check into my landlords account. The tellers have zero knowledge of "customer service." And they finally added a drive through, that seems to only be designed for motorcycles. WORST BANK EVER!!!

  I saw something weird on my transaction history.. (turns out it was just something I subscribed for just didn’t know they would be charging me multiple times a month) I decided to call and dispute it. Which I’ve never done before, and I got the pleasure of conversing with Christine! She was so so so helpful and walked me through everything. She was amazing and we ended up having a laugh at the end of it all. I felt like she was my friend helping through a financial scare lol I could feel that she really cared and she did everything possible to help me. Hopefully I’ll have to dispute something again one day! Haha She was amazing!!

  I am writing to review PCSU as an organization. I would not recommend them to anyone after my short experience with them. I would go as far as to say I hate them as an organization. Their website is atrocious and looks like it was designed by an intern. I have had my online account randomly frozen without any sort of notification or warning. I actually had to appear physically at a branch and have them unfreeze it after I couldn't access my online banking. PCSU also charges for bill pay if you only use it for 3 or less accounts. Absurd! I cancelled mine 3 months ago but they have continued to charge me for it. Apparently you also have to "unenroll" by calling their customer service number. Customer service admitted to their error but told me I'd have to call my branch, but wait! Calling an actual branch is IMPOSSIBLE! As you'll notice, every branch has the same phone number, i.e. their "customer service" department. Every once in awhile, you'll get a busy tone when you call. What is this, the 90's? I called again today and they told me there was no way I could get a refund for the erroneous charges, even though I haven't been using their stupid billpay "service" for 3 months. This joke of an organization needs to get it together if they don't want to crumble due to their horrendous customer service and childish website.

  lol banks are the same this one is nice with its free coffee and usually prompt service. guy that labeled worst bank ever, lol. i too am a connoisseur of banks. edit: 3 years later. I stopped in here to cash a check, they had free cookies and i waited no longer than it took to finish my cookie.

  Worst place to get a auto loan through. Jeff the supervisor there is a racist pos. This company has added forced insurance on my loan for 2 years. Even with proof from my insurance company stating i never had a laps in coverage they will not reimburse my account. Do not do any business with Public service credit union. They are crooks

  I tried to apply for a savings account. I am retired, and was grilled about where I used to work, where I am currently banking, and where I am currently invested. Honestly, that is none of their business. I'm opening a savings account, not applying for a loan.

  Awful place. Workers couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. And they stole my money through my savings account. And gave a weak excuse to justify their theft. Had to look at my statement to see what really happened. I always tell people to avoid this place it’s just simply awful.

  Went to deposit nearly $600 in cash, but first to make sure I got a receipt. The teller didnt deposit it apparently and when I called the next morning to find out what happened they told me there was nothing they could do because it was shared branch and two weeks later even my actual credit union has had no luck getting a resolution. Watch out for the employees here, faulty banking practices

  Ever since they changed from PSCU to Canvas Credit Union it has been on a downward spiral.If I could have seen this coming I would have pulled out sooner! WARNING: read reviews first or when something is about to change!
