  I don’t recommend. Very short with you and rude. won’t even talk about the genuine 1.21 Karat tanzanite with 1/4 Karat diamond ring set in 14k gold I brought in. The Tanzanite alone is worth $500 and the gold in the market right now would be $190. That’s without the value of the diamond. They wouldn’t even give me a price they think it worth when I was looking for a certain price range. Don’t waste your time because they don’t care about your business. If you have gold to sell go to Gold Rush in Westminster, their amazing!

  I would have given the rating less than a star but they didn't have a place where you can just put 0 stars. Their customer service the girl that helped me was short and rude, no smile, didn't say Hi, I told her thank you and she replied with nothing.. I'm not sure how you guys train people for customer service but there needs to be something implemented to where they have better customer service. At this point I will no longer be using their services, and I will make sure nobody goes to that Jumping Jack Cash location on Washington St in Thornton.

  Hey boss, your the man. Everytime I go in this place I leave with a couple things, the manager is a great salesman. He sold me an ice maker in a blizzard. Go to that one place and after all that stuff sits on shelf for months to get the price down where you might bUy it**no haggling with them guys***it's still twice the price of these guys. Anyone looking to make a good deal this is the place to go, I tell all my boys **and some girls***to go here and feel the deal. I love this place and I love you too AMERICA..

  They play with your stuff in the back, delete saved accounts and when you PAY to get it back stuff is missing/broken.

  Came in to browse the other day (as I often do) and left happier than ever! Not only does this pawn shop have one of the best selections around, it has, in my personal experience, the nicest, most properly business oriented staff around that seem to genuinely care about their customers as more than just a source of income, but as people. Far surpasses other pawn shops in the area. On numerous occasions have they been beyond fair with me and my family in pawning and purchasing merchandise, and have been personable (showing care for me and their job being done well) all the same; how refreshing to see. I love these guys! If it weren't for them I would not have had my life change for the good as it has today! 5+ stars And a personal shoutout to John and Newbia. The keyboard works great!

  I am over sixty years old and have been dealing with pawn shops across the country in one way or the other. This is the finest shop I have ever experienced. I have yet to pawn anything here as I've hadn't had the need, just buying. Everything I've purchased has been excellent quality. Some bought cash and some on layaway (which is the BEST layaway of ANY store!). Friendly, courteous, helpful and will work with you to get you more than you thought. Thanks; Brian, Allison, Deena, Briana, Gregory, et al!

  My boyfriend and I have spent over $4000 at this place this year alone. I bought him a $400 Burberry Watch from there, $200 on a Samsung TV, my boyfriend spent $300 on a necklace and matching earrings. We don't just pawn and sell items there. We spend a lot of money here. We like to shop there because it is literally RIGHT across the street from our apartments and we support our local businesses rather than big corporations. Anyway, I got there at 6:00pm at first, found out how much my laptop would be to get out of pawn. I had exactly the amount except the remaining $10 was on my debit card. I understand that they cannot accept anything off of my debit card for a loan.... But what I do not understand is why they refused to help me out by letting me run right across the street to grab the $10. I asked them to help me at 6:57pm. I understand they close at 7pm. I could have been there and back by 7:05pm. I understand them not wanting to stay any longer, but they didn't even leave until 7:20 pm. For the amount of money that my house hold spends, I don't understand why they couldn't help me out. They were going to be there any way. If the tables were turned and it was a customer of mine, I would have helped them out. What is 5 to 10 minutes? I will never be doing business with them ever again as soon as my laptop is taken out of pawn.

  Good prices but they have a guy there John that either doesnt know how headphones work and thinks the color decides what device it works on or is just willing to completely lie to you in order to make a better sale. Either way not a good look for a pawn shop.

  I came here looking for some help, the staff was very unprofessional. They were standing around talking amongst themselves, I wasn't properly greeted. When I was finally approached by a staff member at the counter he was very rude and gave me absolutely no information that I was searching for. As I walked away he proceeded to make unpleasant comments about me. I will not step foot in an establishment like this again. Not even worthy of one star. Maybe try hiring some educated professionals.

  This particular JJC is the worst low balling shop out there. The girl doing the estimates makes up lies about your items in order to rip you off. On two occasions I have been offered less than 10% of the average selling prices listed on E Bay. She had the audacity to offer me $40 for a Snap On Flank Drive Plus SAE 15 piece set! I always do my dudilligenc on the items I bring to these places & to be insulted with a ridiculously low offer has made me leave this warning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PAWN SHOP!!!
