Rowan Ahluwalia1Would give half a star if it was available. Came in last Friday to drop off a Bill of Sale. It was fully filled out and signed by both parties. But the lady at the front desk who I left it with said she would give it to Melissa, when she's finished with her customer. 3 days later I come to find out that there's no record of anyone receiving the document and it's gone. How can a bank not keep documents properly protected and stored? If it was my choice we definitely wouldn't be working with a Bellco.

Katie Fisher5Went in for help with mobile banking and to get a new card printed and felt very welcomed even though they were busy on a Saturday morning. They helped us get everything taken care of and Jess and Mary used amazing teamwork to take such great care of us and our needs!! This will be my main branch from now on!

Jose Guerrero1I made a appointment for a business line of credit and took the day off in order make it, turns out the lady who was helping had no knowledge of what she was doing. Instead she goes and runs my personal credit for a personal line of credit. I kept on telling her she was supposed to run my business credit report not my personal and she kept repeating herself saying there is no business credit. So unprofessional and what a waste of time. I verified this information with the call center.

Jacob O'Brien1IS NOT CUSTOMER FIRST! I came in with a cashiers check ($70k) from the sale of my house wanting to open up an account. I was told I would need to wait 7-10 days for any of the funds to be available. I asked if they could make $5k available and/or call the bank on the check to verify funds. I was told NO. I thanked them, drove to the Credit Union of Denver where they were extremely helpful. They called the bank on the cashiers check and verified the funds. That day I left with a checking and savings account, a debit card, and a brand new relationship with a credit union that I hope last a long time. If you want a bank who listens to you, who wants to help you - AVOID BELLCO.

Michelle Ferris5We have banking relations with several banks. We have by far received the best customer service from this branch. Specifically with one of their bankers Emiliano. He went out of his way endlessly helping us out. If you are looking to come to this location make sure you ask for him!

Thomas Gray1I have been a Bellco customer since 1987. This is the closest branch to me and it is about an hour away. Every time I have used this branch I'm ready to find another credit union! I love Bellco as a whole as long as I can use the call center. I usually get great help. Today I went in to get a new ATM card. I was told yesterday to wait until today and come over, I took the day off work to get there because I needed to access my account. They told me to come back tomorrow or later in the week. When I said I could not, they said they could not help! I asked to have a card expedited to me due to their error. No, not going to happen and I could not wait to get it today because they were not sure they would be available. I called the call center and spoke to Amanda. She is amazing she expedited my card and took care of another issue I have been working with this branch to fix for 3 years. This branch is rude, unhelpful and not customer friendly at all.

Amber Stutzman1As a former credit union employee and banker, I understand the requirements for shared branching and that normally only basic transactions can performed. Don't come to this location if you need assistance for anything with shared branching. I went to the ATM to get cash as this location was a suggested co-op branch. I needed $40 in cash but wanted small bills for $20. I waited in line after getting my cash and tried to have the teller line make change for me. I was then told because I was shared branching they couldn't help me make change because they don't do shared branching transactions on the teller line. She then suggested the a another credit union 7 miles away. Really you couldn't make basic change for me and when I ask for help tell me to go somewhere else? Maybe you should advertise you aren't part of the co-op. Apparently member loyalty and service is an exclusive right for who they deem appropriate so don't come here if you are in need of anything because this is a bank not a credit union. Take your business down the street to someone who appreciates it.

thomas mcdougall1I have been with Bellco for over 40 yrs. Been happy until the last 24 months. On going issues with rude tellers,issues with using the coin star machine and now being told can't use for large amounts. Talked to customer service department they don't care if they lose members. I am in the process of locating a different bank that will suit my needs and is friendly along with wanting my business.

Gabrielle Perez - THE Faculty1My husband and I have only ever worked with one woman who works at this branch and every time she is not helpful. We recently went in to ask about student loans and she simply told us Bellco no longer offers student loans and when we asked if there were any other options, she said, "no" and that was that. After doing my own research online with Bellco and messaging their online support center, I found out that we could have applied for a personal loan and used that to pay for tuition costs. A person working at a bank should take time to get to know their clients and see if there is any possible way to help. This branch should consider training their bankers on customer service so that their members can feel more valued and cared for. It's too bad because Bellco could have had our money, but because of this branch's poor quality service, we found a loan elsewhere. I love Bellco, but this branch needs work.

Oscar Banlon5I've had Bellco accounts for thirty years and counting and have never had a problem with them. When I hear horror stories about big banks, I'm glad my money is here. Desk staff are helpful and skilled when it comes to things like cashing savings bonds.
