When working with Buyers she is an asset, her communication with Listing agents helps to beat out other Buyers. She also makes sure to pre-qualify not just pre-approve Buyers which makes getting to the closing table a smoother process for everyone.

  Luminate Homes was great, especially our mortgage originator America. The teams were customer focused, and professional through the process, as well as very timely/accurate on important turnarounds responses. We didn't have a real estate agent, and our builder was not very much help, however our mortgage originator/and her assistant often stepped and filled in those gaps. Additionally our MO helped facilitate/find the second mortgage credit union so we could fully fund the house at closing. Thank You Again.
