First and Last loan I will do with them. I understand what I agreed with them as a loan but dang they really call you before your due date. Send a text message and then if the office is closed on your due date they call you the next day which I understand. They leave a voicemail and then still call you 3 more times from different numbers. I have paid them on time.

My account just came due and I am a loyal customer that has always paid on time I got a call earlier regarding my payment I told her I didn't get it paid until next Friday and she made a big deal about it said that they close their books on the 31st which I don't see what that has to do for me I still don't get paid till next Friday later on I had a man call me and I explained to him that I told him I would pay Friday but instead I'm going to call in my payment on Monday he said okay I then received a call back from the manager ask me again when I was going to pay I told her the same thing that I had already discussed with two of her employees earlier as I was telling her I don't get paid until next Friday she was rudely talking over me and would not let me talk as I asked. I told her I wasn't going to continue business with them and she told me I could pay off and gave me my balance I will no longer continue business with them I am going to pay this loan off as soon as possible I work for a loan company myself and would never tell any of my customers this especially if they were calling communicating with me and have always made their payments on time.

Absolute joke of a company. They send out pre-approved checks that anyone can cash - and someone stole my mail and cashed one, they didn't even get my social security number correct. And a few weeks later I got a letter saying I owe Worth Finance $200. So they made me file a police report for proof, and when I was ready to send the report to them, this is what I get - "We don't have an email address you'll have to bring it to us in person" Disgusting business practice. No wonder you aren't listed on the BBB site.

I have had two loans with this company since 2018. The first year/first loan I had no issues. Everything was great and I paid the loan off. Decided to get another loan and everything was fine, and paid it off. Six months down the road, this company decides to start harassing me about non-payment. When I called to speak to a manager, they admitted the notes stated I wanted to pay off my full loan amount and did just that $1,200. But, underneath those notes stated I wanted to put $100 and something on furlough??? Why... would anyone in their right mind put a loan (which I honestly did not know you could do that on a personal loan) on furlough to build interest when they had the money to pay it off??? And to top it all off, this particular office that was handling my loans closed down and all the employees no longer work for this company 🤔 I can't get a straight answer from anyone and I can't get a manager/supervisor to call me back with a solution. They do however like to have the employees call me and harass me for payment. They also keep sending text messages to pay asap. I have been through five or six different loan companies (this was the lowest interest rate) since 2012 and I have never had any issues. I still use a couple of them here and there. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be screwed over. They now say I owe over $800 and most of that is interest on a loan that was supposed to be paid off at the beginning of March 2020.

84% interest???? I am very sad for anyone suffering enough to have to take a loan at 84% interest. I did love the extra $25.00 fee they threw into the offer for themselves "Acquisition charge" Ha!. Call the consumer credit commissioner number helpfully provided on the offer to question the legality of a 84% loan

This is a predatory loan agency targeting immigrants and Spanish speaking households. They send solicitation in Spanish, but loan terms of 84% APR in English, alongside a whole host of prepayment, late payment, and bad check fees. This is fraud. They also are located in Laredo, San Antonio, McAllen, Del Rio, and Brownsville.

VERY RUDE! Terrible phone customer service. Simply called to ask a question, lady interrupted, cut me off and hung up the phone. Very disrespectful.
