  Great place. Called to ask advice from an expert on deeds and estate issues. I was put right through to a very nice man, who very efficient answered my questions. They handled the closing of my home 22 yrs ago and are still as helpful today.

  Just refinanced and closed here. Our refinance process was delayed for so long due to the whole COVID mess, we completely forgot not to have work done on the house - we had new counter tops installed. When it came to closing, it came up and our bank wanted to stop the closing. WTCS worked with us and the bank and were so patient with us as we contacted the installers who provided us with a lien waiver. Thank you so much!

  Awful place to work, this company is a joke. Carrie Hoyer is a classic sociopath...it's as if she's trying to be a textbook unstable, crazy boss LOL pathetic, and if you aren't a higher-paid salaried employee you can expect to be treated like garbage...no pay raises, reviews, pats on the back, etc. Horrible work environment for such a seemingly proud family run business of so many years. Edit per owner response- Sounds like a typical lame attempt at trying to save face. Nice effort , your business stinks lol

  They totally screwed up my closing. Don’t use this place. I spent $700 in attorney fees to get the closing sheet accurate after many phone calls myself. Now my tax obligation verses my x husbands is 56 verses 44 for him on a 50/50 split of assets on marital settlement statement. This has been a nightmare! Stay away

  Jill: As you know, we completely understand your frustration with the closing and have already provided you with a response via email. Again, we were only the disbursing agent and followed the closing statement prepared by your title company. Seller disbursements and the 1099 forms were based on your title company’s closing statement, and we do not have the authority to change that information. As previously indicated, we strongly recommend that you reach out to your title company to rectify this matter.

  The closer Randy was very rude and condescending. He was demanding that I needed to take documents back to my title company. Very wrong.
