  Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. The first salesman I worked with did nothing he was supposed to do.couldnt answer any of my questions. Then never sent the the contract over to my bank. And I'm paying full sticker for this used car. So then he's not working the next day. I call down to get the contract sent over. I wait 3 hours, I call again. Finally at 1pm somebody faxed over the contract upside down. After the first two mistakes never bothered to verify that the contract was received. Then when I come to get the car nobody's ready for it. The car is a mess hasn't been cleaned up still full of the people who owned its stuff. Said they were going to clean it out and wash it for me and get it ready while I waited. I wait an hour and a half, I got there at 5 it's now 7:30. I go back there and he barely started vacuuming the car and of course I can't wait another how many hours for them to actually do anything cuz they weren't doing anything anyways waiting for me to give up and just take the car and leave.

  Worked with Dan, the price on the outlander I bought was great, they explained warranty packages in detail and gave me a fair trade in value for my vehicle. Would purchase here again.

  Great place. Marvin treated my wife and I very well. Kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. The auto technician was very speedy and did a great job.

  My son brought in his new Mistubishi Mirage for the 3K mile service. Was charged $19.45 labor for the oil change service and inspection. The oil filter was $5.75........AND 5 QUARTS OF OIL (@ $6.95) WAS $34.75.....Weird?....the car only holds 3 Quarts of oil. Was told by the service guy at the dealership that the oil change is $59.95 no matter how much oil it holds (up to 5 quarts). Update: So anyway, needless to say, I wasn't happy with this. Turns out Bob From Russ Darrow called me back shortly after my review and said that obviously a mistake had been made and he took care of it. I did appreciate his help with this. The mistake should never had happened in the first place, but glad he called me regarding this. I've updated the review to account for this. P.S. Thanks again, Bob.

  Horrible company they lie to you and ruin your Chances of getting a car and run your credit behind your back to dozens of banks without letting you know. If I could leave a zero I would. They told me multiple times I was good to get the car I wanted and they had me driving an hour a day for them to send me home to come back over and over. Plus way more lies and sneaky moves.

  Inefficiency at its peak. Came in for a seatbelt recall notice Which stated 30 min, it took over an hour for work to be done. Then you wait in a line queue at cashier office to get your keys taking more time. I hope I never have to go to Russ Darrow Mitsubishi again.

  The staff at Russ Darrow . This was the first new car for my son and he thoroughly enjoyed the process. He is a student and Russ Darrow's staff treated him well. He will no doubt continue to do business with Russ Darrow for his automotive needs

  Great service and people when I got there but not even 2 hours after i bought the car the power steering hose blew up. I bought the car in Milwaukee and I live in appleton. They wanted me to drive the car back to Milwaukee with no power steering and said I couldn't bring it in to the appleton dealership. They said they do inspections on cars before they sell them but I dont think they really do. I am a certified mechanic and all houses are definitely checked in an inspection. Careful buying cars from the russ darrow in waukesha.

  BEWARE! BEWARE !when dealing with this establishment!!!!!! I recently purchased 2 cars from this location. Only to be bombarded with the biggest nightmare one could dream of. I have been in the automotive world along time and didn't realize established dealships still lived up to the professional car jippers name. Within 5 miles of test drives on both vehicles numerous issues were apparent they were promised to be handled before delivery.nothing was ever handled. They provided loaners of other cars on there lot only to be surprised with major issues with those. The problem is apparent and simple they buy low condition score cars don't properly safety them. Sell them to consumers with known issues if you do not buy a extended warranty you will be royally screwed. I purchased two cars made it less than 50 miles in both cars when between the two had 5000$ in service repairs thank god I had my warranty and only had $1300 out of pocket expenses that were not covered by warranty. In the meantime the dealer avoids the problem. Also buy a unlimited car wash package they say they put new brakes on but they should save the hassle. They use the cheapest brakes known to man which has the car black and covered in brake dust in less than a take of gas. Keep up the horrible business practices there are numerous nearby dealers that will run you out of business and I'm sure enterprise will enjoy the extra space when your dealership is empty! AGAIN BEWARE save yourself the nightmare and shop elsewhere!!
