  Is always a pleasure to walk in to this bank location. The friendly staff always received you with a smile and the service they offer goes beyond expectations. Jose helped my girlfriend to setup an account and he was very knowledgeable of everything he suggested. I recommend this bank 100%

  Recommending coming to this location, the manager Jose always help me with my personal accounts and loans, I know him since he was in the Downtown location. All the staff are very friendly. Thank you

  Got a car loan through this branch and the branch manager Jose is woefully incompetent. When we were in the building he had to constantly call other branches because he didn't know how to process it. We did everything he told us to do to get the bank as a leanholder through the DMV and paid all the fees through the bank and DMV, but now we've got a letter signed by Jose threatening to "take action" because they haven't received the confirmation of the title and after a call to the branch we have to pay another $10 for them to fix their mistake.
