  Warning! They criscrossed tires/ took one front to the back, one from back to front opposite side. ( only know this cuz had tqo different types of tires) and they seem to leave one/TWO ! tire entirely alone. Instead of rotating CORRECTLY. Didn't check air pressure. Made appointments 2x at this location for a oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection,and a car wash. 1st visit was a hour and half + wait. 2nd visit was scheduled for 10am and I didn't leave the location till 1225pm. 1140am was told 5 mins for a car wash. NO communication of why such a long wait. For 2 hours and almost a half hour no communication is very unprofessional.

  This had to be one of the best car shops i have visited in a long time. Got my car in on time. Gave me a ride to work and picked me up at no charge. Fixed what i asked them to without trying to push other repairs and service om me and THEN washed my car Polite respectful service staff.

  The worst dealership I have ever taken my car to have serviced. Appt was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Arrived at 8 am- They said I had to have some rust inhibitor tx done with oil change and tires rotated. At 12 pm I was told they were still waiting for the rust inhibitor spray to come in. I got a ride home and they did the car would be finished by 5. Nope, still waited, finally picked up car, was charged for all 3 services and they never did the OIL CHANGE or the TIRE ROTATION, so the 8 hours that my car was there it was simply sprayed with rust inhibitor and we were lied to about jabbing the other services done. What a SCAM, wtheck! Please take your car elsewhere if you want the actual services that you pay for to be done. So unhappy! Kia Owner Spencer Lavallee

  I got a great deal on the car I wanted without any hassle. Lee was great. The whole dealership staff was friendly and easy to work with. As pleasant and easy as leasing a new car could be.

  Wally and Brandon were both extremely helpful. Neither of them were pushy and I never felt pressured to buy anything, but I did purchase a vehicle. The process was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend this location when looking for s vehicle.

  I have had terrible dealership experiences in the past. I can that not only did Ken and Tyson make my experience easy and affordable, I can actually say that I totally enjoyed the experience. They were straight forward, funny, and sincere. Highly recommended!

  If I could give less that one star I would...Bait and switch! I walked into with dealership asking for a car with "Everything" what I ended up getting was the absolute epitome of crooked car sales, and I should have walked and never looked back. I asked for the home link mirror...I actually was lied to and told that the auto dimming mirror will open my garage doors...Lie #1. Lie #2 was with the finance manager...I have excellent credit...he tried to lock me into a high interest rate and tried to tell me my credit was not that good...my score is 821! I told them I did not want the rust proofing. They applied it to the car anyway and expected me to pay for it...what a bunch of crooked people!! I am also a disabled Veteran and stated that I wanted the KIA rebate for Vets...its only $400 but some how the finance manager 'forgot' to add that in and is now refusing to give it to me due to his mistake!! I paid for wheel locks but guess what I don't have on the car? You got it, wheel locks! These people suck and customer service is worse than that...STAY AWAY. I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I come in contact with. Russ Darrow...the $400 rebate that came from KIA and not you...I am going to make sure you miss out on as many sales as I can by telling people to stay away from you and to go somewhere else! My fellow veterans...stay away, far, far away!! These guys are going to try to rip you off!!

  My wife and I recently bought a used vehicle from them. The experience we had was great. Everyone was friendly and willing to help you out. Before we even decided to buy the vehicle they helped us run some numbers to see what our costs would be a month with no pressure to buy. I honestly can say that We felt less pressure or uneasiness then Carmax and would recommend this dealer.
