      First time here and I'll be back for sure. Tried unsuccessfully for months at my regular VW dealer to have an airbag recall performed. Multiple follow-ups didn't happen. I called these guys, who are a little farther from my house but they scheduled me for two days later and got it done. On top of that, they found another needed repair that was covered under warranty, and squeezed it in on a tight timeline so I could have my car back quickly. The other dealer had mentioned this too - but nothing about the warranty, quoting me a high price instead, and I'd decided to wait. Very positive experience, great service!

      They used to be the best dealership in the Valley. Fast service, nice employees, didnt lie as much as the others do. But idk what happened to them. Now they are rude, too busy for any kind of appointment and dont even bother to be helpful.

      Updating my previous review to be slightly less harsh but still not happy with the communication of this place and treatment as a customer. Was set to purchase a vehicle from them that day, and expressed my intent, but was told to come back in two days so they could prep it. Came back right when they opened the next morning to talk financing and trade in and was told the car had already been sold. When I contacted the sales manager who had helped me, he could have cared less, made no attempt to rectify in any way or keep me as a future customer, and just wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. Quality customer service... well done. Disappointing, but what I've come to expect from dealerships.

      First Impression so far. I had my car towed to Livingston VW Saturday December 12th, because it lost power and it was blowing white smoke from the exhaust. The car is currently under the factory warranty, I was told by Diane that I would not be able to get a loaner car until they assessed the issue. I was told that they won't get to look at the car until Tuesday, since I did got get a follow up today Tuesday by 1pm PT, decided to call and find out what was going on, Diane my assigned Advisor was busy at the time, I was told they would have her call me back. At 5:30pm since I never got a follow up, I called again, to find out Diane and the technicians were gone for the day. I spoke to the service manager Chris Owens who committed to calling me back tomorrow morning to give me an update and to let me know if there are any available loaner cars. I can't even rent a car at this time since it's so late, I will have to figure something out. I hope my experience gets better so far it has not been a good experience. Update 12/16/2015 7:45am I just got a call back from the service manager Chris Owens as she committed, She apologized for what happened before and provided me with details on what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it and test it, if everything goes as plan the car should be done some time today. My experience has certainly improved which is why I decided to add 2 more stars to my rating, I will see if my experience continues to improve or not. Update 12/17/2015 I picked up my care at around 4pm yesterday and everything seems to be working correctly. they were very apologetic about what happened initially, I added another star because they were able to change my experience to a more positive one. Thanks you!

      Need an appointment if you want your car serviced timely. Service Reps are attentive but often push unnecessary services. Being a dealer, their service is very pricey and not worth the price (IMO). My last service was for a ROM update (e-golf) and inspections. I waited 5hrs for it and had made an appointment for 7:30am.

      Service does a fine job on the actual work and they send videos of problems so you can see what's going on. I encountered an issue when looking at the service schedule packages. I selected a 50k/mile service and it showed transmission service and brake fluid change as part of that package. But when I got to the dealership I was informed that the transmission service is an extra cost on top. It seems like they shouldn't show the transmission service in the list as part of the package if it's not part of the package. It was very confusing and required figuring out while I was there. It also gives that feeling of shadiness on the service department's part.

      Do not trust Winn with your repairs. Damage done to the body panel and they claimed it was pre-existing. This was after they asked if they could have a mechanic take my vehicle home for the weekend. No it’s out of alignment. Real professional guys.

      I don't recommend Winn Volkswagen at all. They couldn't find out why my front light didn't work - even charged 150 $ to look into the issue. In the end they called and said they would have to replace the whole front light which was around 850 $. I didn't agree and took my car someplace else. The people at this other place immediately found out that the socket of the light bulb was bad and replaced it. Cost me 100 $ altogether. During the same visit at Winn – which was actually already 5 months ago - I had my 60 000 Mile inspection done and they were also supposed to take care of a recall issue – But I just got a notice from Volkswagen that I still need to take care of the recall. I don’t know if they even took care of it the first place. I called Winn 2 weeks ago and they told me that they don’t have the parts and that Volkswagen is withholding them. They would give me a call – never happened. Yesterday I received another notice – urgent. So I decided to call VW in Santa Monica and they scheduled me for tomorrow. No parts issues whatsoever. I don’t trust Winn Volkswagen in Woodland Hills. I will never go back.
