  Amazing service and super efficient. The VP Mr. Mohit Nagori was extremely helpful in helping sort out account access issues back in India. Also Ms Arati Shetty was extremely helpful in setting up accounts. The branch is very conveniently located and a overall a pleasure to do business with.

  Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person especially the Manager Mohit Nagori and Pinal Kothari. After setting up an account the branch manager explained all the details and benifits . You just don’t get that kind of personal touch when banking with large national banks.   I am an officer of a non-profit in Southern California. We established an account at SBOI to facilitate transfer of funds to our beneficiary in India. I have given them 5 stars because the staff was very professional and extremely helpful. They are very customer service oriented and respond to emails and calls very quickly. Our special thanks to Pinal Kothari, supervisor of the Woodland Hills branch, for all her assistance. We use online banking, mobile deposits and online remittances to India.
