  Leo Teplitsky and the Advanced Funding Solutions team are real professionals! It was an amazing experience in buying a house. As a first-time home buyers, we had a huge amount of questions about the entire purchase process and mortgage loans. Leo helped and advised us at all stages of the purchase. He selected for us the best loan program and conditions that were suitable specifically for our financial situation. Leo is extremely attentive and punctual to every detail. We received a loan and closed the escrow almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Leo and his team and now I refer him to all my friends!

  As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly nervous about the home buying process. With Leo Teplitsky and the rest of the Advanced Funding Solutions, I really didn't need to be. Not only were they lovely and patient in explaining the process to me, they really went above and beyond. They called the seller's agent when I put in an offer to assure her that my loan would come through. Leo even called me himself just before closing to reassure me that all would be well. This team even got me to the closing table early. If it matters to you to work not just with competent and capable people, but also with good people who have integrity - Advanced Funding Solutions should be your mortgage lender!!

  I've used Advanced Funding Solutions, Inc to refinance my mortgage and dealt with Leo Teplitsky. I have nothing put positive to say about my experience while working with him. He is definitely one of the best mortgage specialists, very well organized and skilled. I've appreciated many of his financial insights and advices. He was always available over the phone or email and stayed on top of the process. He is an all-around very professional and I would always recommend him as a mortgage specialist.

  Leo Teplitsky was a pleasure to work with during the process of buying our home. He was extremely prompt when responding to all of our emails, calls, and questions; something that we value as it isn't a trait many people have these days. There weren't many bumps in the road along the way, but the minor ones we hit, Leo was able to smooth out quickly. He got us a great rate, we were beyond impressed with his service and will highly recommend him to those in search of a knowledgeable, prompt, and amazing lender.   Leo Teplitsky is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and straightforward mortgage broker in the business. I have dealt with numerous mortgage brokers as I have bought and sold many homes over the past 15 years and I couldn't recommend Advanced Funding Solutions any higher.   Refinancing made easy! Leo lead us through the process from A to Z and was available at all stages for guidance and to answer questions. We started with calculations of the current load conditions and future conditions. The loan conditions satisfied all our requirements: reduce monthly payment without increasing total time remaining to pay out the mortgage (we had 10 years left on 15 years loan and the refinanced time frame was 10 years as well) and reduction in payment was pretty substantial. Also we were able to complete refinancing without paying anything out of the pocket. The whole process was completed in less than 2 weeks thanks to the E Doc submission - Advanced Funding Solutions provided a very good interface to upload all the required documents electronically and voila - the loan was approved and funded. Leo also saved us some fees on the list of closing costs - such as survey fee. All in all great and painless experience. I already recommended Leo to one of my friends and it worked out as good for them as for us. Thanks Leo! It was great doing business with you!

  I cannot say enough good things about Leo Teplitsky. He spent a solid two hours with us during our first consultation. He did not pressure us in anyway. He answered many questions we had and provided us with an excellent advice. I don't think anybody knows more about mortgages and refinancing than Leo. Our mortgage went so smooth and without any problems. Bottom line is I am saving a lot of money. This is the only place I will ever go when refinancing or purchasing a home. I highly recommend Advanced Funding Solutions. Do not hesitate to contact them. You will not regret it.

  I had a fantastic experience working with Leo Teplitsky and his team at Advanced Funding Solutions. I got a ridiculously low rate, compared to the banks and credit unions I had tried. They did everything they could to make sure the whole process was as smooth as possible and were always incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly, highly recommended!
