  Extremely easy to work with. After exploring working with a couple of other companies I settled on working with Sean and Lendevity. They were very transparent and calm. When other companies were pushing me to accept higher rates just to close earlier, Sean was very forthcoming and analytical in letting me know that he felt rates were going to go down a bit more and if I could afford to wait, I'd get a better deal. And I did. Once we got the rate locked in, we moved quickly to close. Everything was done online except the signing (which still requires "wet" signing and a notary - a legal mandate not Lendevity). Super happy with my mortgage company (Quicken Loans/Rocket mortgage) and rate. And through it all, Sean and Lendevity did a great job keeping me calm in a turbulent time and working on my behalf to get the best rate with the best lender. I highly recommend working with Sean and Lendevity !

  Overall my experience with Lendevity was a good one. We were faced with with some challenges that Lendevity had no control over and I wouldn’t penalize them for that. Dispite the challenges they were able to get it closed meaning they are resourceful and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion or opportunity for improvement would be for them to be a little more proactive with lender conditions rather than reactive. There were a few times during the transaction where I was being asked for conditions that I had already provided or didn’t make sense. I attribute this to the processing department being overwhelmed and/or not having and adequate open line of communication with their lenders underwriting department. All this being said when push came to shove they came together as a team and made it work. For that reason I would definitely refer them to a friend of family member. Alan

  I am very impressed by the performance of the Lendevity team that handled my recent re-fi need. Jeri, Cindy and Jennifer were very professional and they provided excellent support through out the process from inquiry to signing the closing documents. There was no disconnect between the handoffs and everything was handled promptly. Jeri provided excellent service for answering my endless questions and he helped me to understand the pros and cons of different rate option. Because of his knowledge and non-pushy manner, Jeri is the reason I went with Lendevity instead of other brokers who responded to my inquiry. Special thanks to Cindy who stayed on top of every steps to make sure we don't lose anytime. Cindy kept me informed of the next step and time frame so I know what to expect next. Jennifer did a great job in answering my questions on closing fees and the company processed a fee refund in a timely manner. I rarely give 5-stars to services as it is difficult to archive. This team has earned the 5-stars rating. Thank you all!!

  Let me first say as a new home buyer we were very nervous about the whole process. Sean walked us through each phase of our purchase. Anytime we had questions or concerns he was right there to answer all of them. His staff was also so helpful and accommodating. Lendevity will always have my business.   I am a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend Lendevity for your mortgage needs! I brought a really challenging and complicated situation to them and they were able to work with me to get my complicated loan closed! Barbara L and Jennifer B were the most helpful and patient people that cared about my situation and stuck with me! I wish we could end this pandemic because I'd like to give them both a big hug and take them out for drinks!

  We've always used big banks for our mortgage, but this year shopped for rates and found Lendevity. Right away, I felt our broker Jerry worked to understand what we were trying to accomplish in a refi, and even suggested some options that I hadn't considered. Throughout the process, the communication is great! I got an email each time a team member was pulled into the loan process, they were very quick to respond, and explained any questions or concerns I had. The whole team is friendly and customer oriented. I used them for a vacation home purchase and referred them to close friends who were easily able to get a refi at a great rate! Highly recommend!!!

  I have worked with Lendevity multiple times and it has been an absolute pleasure each time. Sean was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and was able to secure fantastic rates for me. Cindy and Jennifer were also great throughout the underwriting and closing process. Overall, I could not be happier with Lendevity and would recommend them to anyone. Not only do they work to get you the best rate possible, and get you to closing as quickly as possible, they are genuinely good people that care about their customers!

  I have had the most wonderful experience dealing with Sean. I was very stressed about going through this whole refinancing experience. I interviewed a few companies and Sean's demeanor, communication and genuine care made it very obvious that he is the only person I should have assist me with process. He made it very quick and painless! He was able to close our refinance in 2 weeks and he made sure I was always in the loop of what was going on with the loan. Thank you Sean and Lendevity for being different, honest and effective! I will never forget what you have done for us and will make sure to recommend you to whomever comes my way!

  We had the best experience purching our new home with Lendevity! They were very professional and quick to close on our house! I would highly recommend the Lendevity Team! (They also sent cupcakes after we moved in....my girls were loving that!)
