Joe Bauer1I had a dormant wings checking and savings account open to just store some money in. I was getting a $5 monthly invalid address fee charged against my balance for 2 years without me knowing. They had a valid email and phone number. I called to see if the fees could be reversed and they were only able to reverse 2 of them. I elected to immediately close my accounts with them. This is a terrible business practice and I will never recommend Wings to any of my friends or family.

Dreak Scott1There is a reason this bank has such low ratings I regret ever taking out an auto loan with them and even opened a checking account at one point. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! They have no customer service skills in the branch or over the phone. There’s only one way to make a payment unless you want to pay them an additional $15. Their technology is clearly outdated along with everything else. I can’t wait to pay this loan off. I’m honestly considering selling the car just to be done with Wings.

Tosha Johnson1I would never do an wire transfer through this bank no more. I sat in a branch for about almost a hour to do this transfer and I understand what’s the procedure that’s why I stayed all that time to make sure everything was done correctly and at the end of things the young man told me looks like everything was good and I was going to get a call in the morning to verify that everything was done but to find out in the morning after waiting for a call that I never got so I call to find out what’s going on to find out that there’s one thing missing smh this was why I stayed that extra time now at this point I’m getting frustrated bc I have to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes to get to where I need to be and to be on hold for more time and when I do talk to people they are giving you all this miscommunication at this point I’m very disappointed with Wings #neveragain

Mark Evans1my card was repeatedly declined for fraud while traveling, the number on the card doesn’t answer phone calls over the weekend, I was out of town with no money and no one at the bank or the fraud department to speak with. Half hour hold times and no good answers when I got through. No response to emails, I texted and asked to have someone at the fraud department call me and they said no. They must be too busy to take on new customers

Iaya Yang2I don’t understand why this bank is always so busy. Every time I try to call the bank for help on my bank account, there’s never a time anyone would pick up and help me. There service may be good in person but in the other hand, online calls are never possible. I’ve never had a bank make me wait 2 hours long for a call that has no one to pick up.

Virtue Home Health Care1So I go to this wings financial to pay off my loan and I have to say this branch has the worst customer service, as soon as I walked in I was hoping to be greeted like Wells Fargo does, anyways once I was inside, there were two ladies to the right and one of them looked at me, I waived at her to get her attention maybe to help me out, she turned right back to her colleagues and continued to chat with her. This place is a joke, i don’t think I will go back here again. Maybe time to switch banks.

Joni True1This place just gets worse and worse. One of the ATMs in the drive-through has been taken out. Probably stolen coming from this horrible neighborhood. The white female bankers at the desk are rude. I had to go to this branch today due to a time crunch. But I avoid this branch at all costs and prefer to drive to a branch up to 10 miles away. Let's all boycott this branch to get it closed down.

Tim S1They really need to work on their customer service. The majority of the customers I see going into this branch are of a certain nationality and feel that they cater more to them. Unfortunately it’s easier to get to this than the one downtown. They are much nicer at the downtown branch but over all my experience with wings has been negative and if my car wasn’t financed through them I’d cancel all dealings with this banking institution

D Lopez1I told my wife when she decided to open an account at Wings that I didn't think it was a good idea and that I didn't think there was anything good about them. After having an account with them for a while, they proved me wrong... They are so bad that I've been proven right every time!!! I just love telling my wife "I told you so!" every time there is an issue... and THERE ARE SO MANY!!! Thank you Wings for giving me such a small pleasure in life!!! You being SO BAD proved to be SO GOOD for me...🤪
