  Poor service. Everytime I go there to look at their jewlery they are understaffed. And when they have enough staff, they are to busy buying people DVD, broken items, or taking loan payments from people to help sell anything. They need to better management. There should always be at least 1 person strictly just for selling and assisting. Not all staff taking in loan payments and buying junk dvds.

  They sold me fake Beats headphones. Went in just to browse, and saw some reasonably priced wireless Beats headphones. Slight cosmetic damage but I didn't want them to look good, just to use around the house. Asked a few questions to make sure there was nothing wrong with them. Guy told me he personally tested them himself. Spent an hour trying to get the bluetooth to work, then realized the cord he gave me is the wrong size and a different brand. Finally I find out that you can plug beats into your computer and use an app to verify their authenticity. It recognized no Beats products. Avoid this place unless you love to throw money away (and if so, use my garbage can instead, please!)

  Went there to buy the horseshoe set for $11 waited in line over 45 minutes with 3 employees only one working and a long line. Would of better to just pay more and get it at a regular store that has better customer service.

  If I could vote 0 stars I would. Please do not go to this pawn shop. They sell fake jewelry. Not only did they sell fake gold to my parents once, but twice with a cost over $2,000. They also were not willing to accept the fact that they sold fake jewelry or willing to refund the money. If you’d like to save yourself the headache, explore other options.

  Extremely slow service. I tried to pawn a radio system, speakers, movies and a phone. They didn't take any of it. Such a waste of time. The two men of color that work here have been polite and bought my movies and blu-ray player. But everyone else I've dealt with here has been rude to me and won't offer me money for any of my items in good condition.

  I'm a crystal resident and let me tell you this is Worst pawn shop I've ever had to deal with ! Terrible costumer service! Even the district manager is rude. Waiting for a week to speak with him about an issue and he didn't even care to hear me out. Wouldn't recommend them for anything. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. They're hustlers and always try to bribe you for less.
