  Chris made my dream of getting a reliable car come true. I cannot thank you enough. I’m serious, coming here and getting the service and vehicle that I got today was a complete game changer for me.   I was required to write this review before the sale was final: Got the car I wanted for a great price The application process was a little timely but was well worth the wait. Nicole was awesome Complete BS. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen.

  I had got my first car from here two weeks later it had started to smoke on me and stopped running I had got another car from here that one the brakes rotors and radiator went out on me a month later after i got it. My best friend had got a car from here her car had multiple problems with it a month after she had got it. My boyfriend's mom had got a car also from here and she had multiple issues with her car too. and they won't fix nothing. It is a horrible place to get a car from.

  I started off working with the Blaine office, which ended up being a slow and terrible experience! After a month of no answers, I decided to stop in at the Crystal location and they had me driving away with my new car within about an hour! They made up for my very poor service at the Blaine location!

  I had a very great experience at car hop !! I don't have very good credit , but Nicole worked very hard to help me find a car that fit my needs & that was affordable for me , I do however wish there would have been more options for me to choose from . . but of course that's only because of my qualifications . . I did walk away , or let me correct myself , drive away with something that made me proud ! It fits me perfectly & is in such great condition I have already referred some family members as well as friends ! Today is only day 1 but I am confident that I will have many more happy days !

  Bad people, bad business, bad experience and inexperience customer service I will never recommend to anybody, my friend was actually trying to go for car at carhop and he asked me about my experience and told him poor car dealer, they will spoil your credit, they spoiled mines, and a friend of us, told us that they spoiled his credit as well. that's all they do then we went to a different dealer and got his car. Carhop, old cars dealer!
