  I went in and got a good price on a car, but this place doesn't help the reputation of auto lots being shady. I spent roughly $12k on a Cadillac, after being assured that the car was full inspected by there team, after purchasing the car, a service light turns on not even 5 miles off of the lot, based on the diagnostic, it was a bad valve stem for a tire, but had all the feel of someone resetting the light and playing it off ass no big deal. When going back to get my plates for the vehicle, my sales erson assured me they would take care of the issue, this never happened, just receiving a run-around then eventually told that they could do the job for $150+ dollars. Also had an issue right away with the linkage in my shift, car would not go into park. This is just a "Buyer Beware" message, I have a warranty on this vehicle, but I had much higher expectations for spending $12k+ on a vehicle. The only reason I went 2 stars was I got a good deal, otherwise everything else about this experience was disappointing!

  Great place to purchase a vehicle! I worked with Ken. Ken was so wonderful to work with and so nice. He made buying a car a fun and pleasant experience. I would only purchase a vehicle from Ken at Cities Auto and highly highly recommend him and cities auto.

  I've had two bad experiences with this lot. First when I was shopping for a car. They tried to get me to buy they're crappiest cars telling me my choices were slim due to my credit. I wound up getting an 2008 Chevy Impala with only 44K at Metropolitan Ford where I was treated a lot nicer! Now my daughter bought her first car from there unbeknownst to me because I would've taken her to a real car lot. It's been almost three weeks and today is the fourth time she's had to return it. Then when I went to ask the appropriate questions, all I got was attitude. He's trying to blame problem on my daughter saying she reversed jumped it. However, we were not shown any proof of his electrical diagnosis he claims he took. I would suggest going elsewhere. Don't let them tell you what you can't get somewhere else! Go find out! I gave them two stars because I see a lot of their cars around so someone there has a bit of customer service knowledge. I just never met them.

  This place sold me a car in January, the car started having some problems a few months later. i had over looked the problems, so i had been paying more on my payment do drop down my loan faster. so i went to go see if i could get a new car for myself since my credit went up and my load dropped a great deal. So i was able to get one i have excited!! then they came back with my vehicles auto check report, and on the report two months after i bought the car it was reported "structural Damage" well that's not very good. the dealership said they couldn't offer me any money on my car. so i was piss! i called cites auto sales and wanted and explanation on why they never disclosed this information to me when i was getting the car. because i wouldn't have bought it if i knew this. so i digress, so now its august and my car still give me problems it dies as i'm driving which is scary and cities auto wont do anything to help me. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! not worth spending you money there. they don't treat there costumers right. The company where i have my loan thru advised me to sue them, so if anyone is having the same problem do the same.

  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! A month after we got the car we started having some noticeable problems and had to fix multiple things on the car. After having it for 2 years and hating everything about it, we decided to trade it in. When we traded it in the dealer informed me that the car had been in a severe front end accident. UM WHAT? Then we were provided with the car fax info that showed it. So they knew, and never informed us when buying the car, even after we asked multiple times. (We now know to never ever trust a dealer and get carfax) I lost thousands on our car. THOUSANDS because we were never told it was in a wreck. You guys knew and you sold it too us anyways.

  Their customer service is great however the loan company they go through Credit Acceptance will screw you over, but a vehicle thru them WILL NOT HELP YOUR CREDIT. I just finished paying off a vehicle in September the loan company STOLE another payment from my account will not work with me and now I'm out almost $400 because of it. My credit score dropped because of this loan company claiming that I was alte which I never was because with automatic payments how can you be? Find a car elsewhere they are just like Carhop where it'll do NOTHING for your credit. False advertising and disappointing

  Top notch customer service! I went here looking for a vehicle to use for towing. It wasn't an expensive vehicle that the dealership was making much money on the deal. I still received above and beyond service from the salesman Patrick. I will definitely be going back for future vehicle needs. I highly recommend shopping here.
