  Personal Service!!! Which is not a thing of the past with Willamette Bank. Before moving to Idaho, they were able to pre-qualify us to buy our home here. Later, we were able to refinance with Willamette. You can always reach someone in their office and I did not find hidden fees. Everything is up-front and the process is easy. Would, and have recommended them to others. Thank you Jeremy and Whitney!!

  Tamara & I have worked with Whitney Niemela & Jeremy Wallis on several house purchases & refinances. They are an amazing team to work with. Whitney will go that extra mile, in answering questions, returning your calls, & really keeping you in the loop through the entire process.   Recently I decided to refinance my home loan and called multiple banks. I was so thankful when I called Willamette Valley Bank and spoke with Whitney, a loan assistant. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. I was expecting this to be very difficult and a maddening process beings I live in the Seattle area, but the experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Mike Wall and Whitney got the job done efficiently and provided a stress free process. Whitney was in touch with me by email and phone with updates and answered my multiple questions. I did not need to speak with Mike during the refinance because Whitney handled all of the documents with efficiency and accuracy, however Mike personally reached out to me on several occasions to make sure I was being taken care of. I will continue to use WVB for all of my home financial needs in the future.

  Whitney was very responsive and took care of everything. My particular situation wasn’t the easiest to manage with my w2 job and self employment but we got it all done and went smoothly. I will undoubtedly use Jeremy and Whitney again for my next loan.

  Jeremy was kind, however, not very involved in the loan process once it was started. His assistant, Whitney N., primarily handled communications and was beyond terrible. Worst experience imaginable. She either doesn't know how to do her job or has too much on her plate...maybe both. She dropped the ball on several occasions to the point that we missed our initial closing date. She communicated wrong information along the way, including but not limited to, an incorrect amount due at closing, tried to increase the interest rate one week prior to closing, and sent the file to a different title company than what was requested. I have never done business with someone so incompetent. Jeremy apologized for her errors, however, it doesn't take away the unnecessary stress she caused to everyone involved. I was told I would receive a survey after closing but that too didn't happen-so here is my review. Basically, sold a dream and delivered a nightmare.

  I recently purchased a home & worked with Jeremy and Whitney. In the beginning, the process was outlined as though it would go smoothly. This is far from what actually took place. I was given inaccurate information, had to provide the same documentation to Whitney multiple times, reschedule the closing date, and paperwork that needed to be signed at closing was also missed-due to Whitney’s negligence, lack of communication, and poor organizational skills. Due to missing deadlines, I was forced to travel 8 hours in order to close on time, as her errors made it so closing and sending documents via FedEx was no longer a viable option. Even after closing and leaving town, I had to turn around as a document was missed. I would never wish this experience on anyone, nor would I ever conduct business with them in the future. This was the most stressful, incomprehensible business transaction I have ever been involved with.
