  If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't fall prey of their real estate education system as they will drop you once they've upsell you their training and courses. If you ever receive a call from someone named Serge Skala be very wary, he called me on November 30th at 6:46pm EST (to SIC: check your call records, everything is there) and promised to personally helped me if I paid for the Lee's Inner Circle program and once that was paid he bailed on me and didn't answer my call or texts and the company refused to give me my money back even after I explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do. They pride themselves in "helping others" yet when you really need them is crickets. Stay AWAY from these money leeches.

  I’m so glad I decided to invest with Secured Investment. They give you a lot of flexibility and you are never pressured to invest. The returns here are high and secure. This is a company that knows how to make your money work for you, even if you know nothing about real estate-based investments like I didn’t when I first started working with them. They make the whole process really easy and you are in full control.

  I really enjoyed my experience and the outcome of a private money lender with SIC! The return on my investment is about 12%, and I am so happy with the results. Secured Investment Corp has made a profound difference for me, I have done 28 loans over the course of three years. The opportunity to invest in private money funds opened the doors into real world real estate investment success (that would have otherwise been closed). I am forever grateful how this experience has changed my life.

  As a lender I highly recommend Secured Investment Corp. They are very professional and efficient in the deals they bring to my attention. By the time the deal hits my desk is has been thoroughly vetted by the secured investment team and packaged in a way in which I can then conduct my own Due Diligence. If you are a note investor looking for short term yields this is a great organization for accomplishing that!

  They do a great job of making your money work for you. Really didn’t know anything about real estate-based investments but they made the whole process easy. I also like the flexibility. I had full control of the process and there’s no pressure to invest more than what I feel comfortable. Looking forward to the next round of loans.

  I have recently entered the company's circle of wealth program and I have found all of the training material and videos they have provided to be excellent and of exceptional quality. I also found all of the people I have interfaced with to be great people, professional, friendly and very responsive and helpful. They really do everything they can to help you to succeed.   They gave me the perfect opportunity to make some serious returns on my investment. Started with a couple of thousands of dollars just to check the waters. The average return of 11 to 12 percent is something I have not seen in my previous investments.

  Working with David W. at Lee Arnold has been a great experience. He makes me feel that I will succeed at this Real Estate business and his customer service has been awesome. He answers the phone and he calls me back which, nowadays all businesses just want you to email. I cannot wait until I do my 4 deals so I can go out to Idaho and shake his hand or fist bump to thank him for his support.
