  I am one of those people who spent a lot of money in the past on this guru or that guru. I estimate upwards of $70,000 or $80,000 dollars. I rolled the dice with Lee Arnold for one last try before throwing in the towel. I took the Broker Certification Training and The Master Rehab Specialist training. Today I am working on one project (financed by COGO) and I have another under contract. The one thing that you as a potential investor must learn; You get out what you put in!   Great company. I borrowed money with a friend to fix and flip a house. So easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM. PS if you bring a deal that is a bad investment they will tell you to get the price lowered, or find a better deal. They will not loan on a bad investment period!

  This Company will leave you in bankruptcy after going through so called education. Then you have nothing left to actually do your flips that they keep saying you need none of your own money for. It was all a lie. I know four other people you are going through the same thing and struggling to even pay there Bill's after meeting with this company and just like all those who claim to have done this because God told them to help. They would have you invest everything you have and walk away with nothing and losing your place to live. DOJOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

  Here at the three day "Funding Tour" and having a great time. Learning a lot. The tour of the home was enlightening. I realized to use previous supplies in your rehab to save you money. Great time. I have learned what it takes to change my thoughts, words, and actions. Thanks.
