  My fiance and I have never owned a house and this was our first time. We filled out the application online and then never heard from anyone for 2 weeks. After we reached out we were told we had to submit things to him. After we submitted the papers, they ran our scores and that was it. They never responded to anything after, they stopped emailing and wouldn't answer the phone. Never did find out what happened and if we got approved or denied.

  I would highly recommend Team Wilcock. They made my first home buying experience very positive. The team was very organized and proactive throughout the whole process which relieved so much stress off my shoulders. Their expertise and advice was invaluable. I worked mainly with Seth Wilcock and he was excellent. Very responsive to emails/calls, knowledgeable, patient and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I greatly recommend Seth and his team especially to first-time buyers in need of some extra hand-holding which was exactly what I needed :)

  Seth and the Wilcock NOVA Home Loans Team were great to work with during the purchase of our new home. They helped to make all the processes as easy as possible. They are all very communicative and their site to upload documentation makes the the sometimes tedious process of document submittal a breeze. Seth goes above and beyond when it comes to advising his clients on mortgage options and really takes time to tailor each loan to fit your individual needs.   My husband and I worked with Seth from start to finish. After spending 8 years in the U.S. Navy, I was told that i'd be able to purchase a home but to a low credit score, I never thought I'd ever be able to buy a home. As soon as I started with Seth, he reassured me that he and his team would ensure that I'd be able to buy a home with the help of their credit team. After working with his team for just a few months, my credit had climbed so much that I was able to be pre-approved for a home loan, just months after starting work with Seth. A few months later, we closed on our first home without any issues. My husband and I will forever be indebted to NOVA Home Loans for their amazing work and for bringing one of our biggest dreams to reality. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.   Seth was so helpful with my loan application and home buying process! He always made himself available to me at any time I needed, answered every question I had, and anticipated issues before they caused any problems. My home buying process was a breeze because Seth and his team made the entire thing so easy and understandable for me! I'd go back again in a heartbeat.

  Seth and team were amazing to work with. From our first meeting, Seth met us where we were, asked us questions, and really made the experience about US. He was patient with us during the stressful times and was so quick to reply when needed. The paperwork was explained well and his team worked hard to help us close early. Highly recommend!
