  Houz Mortgage made the buying process so easy! They got everything done and ready for closing way before the date of closing! Really helped relieve stress through a crazy process.   Paul Chhoeun was highly recommended to us by our experienced real estate agent who has worked with numerous loan officers before. Our agent said Paul helped them with a smooth closing the day before we reached out, and happy to say we also got a smooth closing with Paul and the Houz Mortgage team's help. Paul was very thorough and patient when he explained all the details of the process for us to ensure everyone was on the same page and everything was completed in a timely manner. I believe Paul's ability to quickly build relationships and instill confidence in others had help us secure our house as our seller had multiple attractive offers. Stace was our point of contact after we went under contract and kept us updated and on track with all our required documents. Stace was very organized, thorough, and time efficient with getting what needs to be done, done. The Houz Mortgage team went above and beyond to help us seal the deal and achieve other goals.   Highly recommend! I worked with Paul and Stace at Houz Mortgage in securing my loan. They were able to beat the rates of multiple other mortgage companies. They were very responsive and supportive through the entire process. In fact, the title company we went through was so impressed they asked my realtor to please use them more often as they were so good to work with. Very satisfied!

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Paul Chhoeun and Stace Sanders. Paul was extremely helpful and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand, which alleviated a lot of our stress going forward. He was able to help set us towards a new loan that fit perfectly to our needs. Stace was also great and was on point with getting us any documents and anything we needed to forward to the lender. 5 stars, I recommend everyone use them and Houz Mortgage!

  Loved working with this team. We ran into some issues but loved how fast they where to fix them. To finding solutions also Robyn was amazing in keeping me updated in every move.I personally recommend them to help with any loan help. As a first time buyer I had an amazing experience.
