  This company is absolutely wonderful not only did Seth help me buy my first home but he became a wonderful friend of ours. We are so grateful we went with this company. They treat you like family and there were some nights Seth and his team stayed up with us through the night to make sure we got everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this company a million times!

  My fiance and I had an awesome experience with Seth and team! We are first time homebuyers, and Seth helped make the experience stress-free and enjoyable. He was very responsive and went out of his way to educate us on the mortgage process. He even recorded a personalized video at one point to help explain some of the different loan options to us in detail. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seth to friends and family.

  This was our first home buying experience. Alex Hinz was amazing. Answered all questions. Helped us through a quick close. His team was on top of which documents we needed to upload or sign. Alex gave great advice while allowing the space to choose what we wanted to do. If/when we refinance or need another mortgage we will be calling Alex.

  We were first time home buyers and Alex Hinz was there every step of the way. He would answer our million questions, call me with ideas, and guided us through the whole process. He would call me before I would call him. Talk about service! All the tools and programs he had made it so easy to see things visually. We will use him again for sure. and highly recommend our friends go to him.

  I was initially intimidated at the thought of starting the home buying process and now that my wife and I are in are first home, I must say that Seth was the absolute best! He explained everything perfectly to us and helped us to navigate the process in a manner that my wife and I would feel totally comfortable! Would highly recommend to anybody!
