  Randolph was super helpful, informative, friendly and through with our loan. She was also very patience from the very beginning of the process. This is our first time buying, and Randolph guided us step by step on what we need to do and what documents we need to provide. Cindi, came at our closing time since our previous processor left the company. But she couldn’t be more awesome than we expected. Thank you both for all you did.

  Bought our first home with Pulte builders and mortgage. The process was as painless as what first time home buying can be. All the personnel that I interacted with are highly professional and communicated amongst each other in a way that everyone knew where in the process we are in at any given time. Questions/concerns were clarified immediately and explained in a way i understand very clearly.

  From start to finish the Pulte Mortgage team where very knowledgeable in what the do from the sales representative to the loan team and the individuals who did the walk through with me answered every question I had and even answered questions I didn't know to ask. This was my first Mortgage, but not my first attempt I tried a couple other Mortgage company's and I ended up losing money and didn't get the house. Pulte they not only didn't loose any money they gave me some back.

  Pulte Mortgage went out of their way to move our close date up. Sandie and Kristi were great in every way. A challenge caused us to request an earlier close, this occurred just five or six days prior to the request. These ladies worked with Title and Builder and literally willed us into our new home. Thank you.

  Chris Riffle was my loan officer. He was extremely knowledgeable in his financial advice. He was kind, friendly, patient and professional. He made it very easy for me. Kelly Ing was my loan processor. She was friendly and actually made the process enjoyable. She also made it very easy for me. Buying /building a home can be really stressful. They removed a lot of that stress by doing a great job. I truly appreciate both of them. Kari Payne my escrow officer made the closing easy as well. She was fast but informative. She was kind and friendly too. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you all.

  My realtor told me to expect rough roads working with a new build and working with their lender... she was TOTALLY WRONG! The whole experience working with Pulte Mortgage, with HUGE shout outs to Sarah Paltran and Lauren Power was AMAZING! I was buying a spec home ready to move in and was told it would take at least 30 days to close by the builder. Sarah and Lauren made it happen in 10 days!! WOW was I impressed. I definitely recommend Pulte Mortgage to anyone looking to get a mortgage. Ask to work with Sarah and Lauren you wont be disappointed!!!
