Melissa Maestas1Horrible customer service the staff was rude and very under trained I had to drive all the way from another city that’s what I was told to do by the branch only to be told that I had to call a number which the person that I called was more than helpful He fixed everything that they should have and informed me that they should’ve called from the very beginning so I went back through the line to wait another half an hour I was told that we were waiting on a manager override something even though the customer service agent that helped me on the phone had unlocked everything on my account. nobody was in line, nobody was in the lobby or waiting! They’re very deceitful which was a huge surprise to me! I’ve always had great customer service at every other branch save yourself the trouble and do not come to this branch!

Brendan Secondary email1Had an approval for a loan with the rates. Bank agent emails and says loan is ready please come in. Show up and nothing is ready. She tells two different stories to each person in this transaction. We wait 1.5 hours hoping it was all settled. Go to sign and she says oh by the way your rate just went up 1 point, we didn’t realize the truck was older than it is. We all walked out. You guys are scammers and you shouldn’t be in business!

Ron Hamilton1absolute horrible experience. I called for a payoff and I was told the wrong amount from their employee. I then took that payoff amount to the dealership since that was the amount their employee told me. Now, they are telling the dealership that the payoff is more. Now i am responsible for the difference. If the employee would of told me the right amount i would have had given the dealership the right amount. no accountability for their actions.

SA Syk1I would give them ZERO stars but that is not an option. AVOID THIS BANKING INSTITUTION AT ALL COSTS. Our 83 year old deceased father banked here. They were obstructive in trying to obtain information and statements from is account once he passed away despite being given all legal documents required by the courts. It took well over 3 months and 3 dozen email, phone calls, online requests and in person visits to get what we needed. Lots of runaround and flat out lying to our faces as well as lying to NCUA regarding his accounts. Turns out they were allowing his new wife of only a few months to forge his name on checks and make withdrawls from his accounts when she was not a member attached to his accounts, and was not the named beneficiary on his accounts. In all we found 27 checks she wrote forging his name, many of which were written before he even married her. She also used his Bellco credit card (even though he was the only one attached to that account) to pay for her liposuction. What did Bellco do when we brought all of this to their attention? NOTHING!!!! They are just as guilty as she is in ripping him off.

Jenna H2Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I was excited to come to this Bellco location as it's close to my work and seems a bit more modern than the one close to home. However, when I was inside, I was very disappointed with the service I received from the teller named Rachel. She was not friendly whatsoever, when I told her what I needed (a new debit card printed because mine was hacked) she just looks at me and made a face. I then asked "well can you help me get a new card or..?" And she finally said "ya" all short. After verifying my information, we finally got me a new card. Then, we had to activate it so we went over to the ATM. She told me to make the account balance on the ATM in order to activate my card but never told me I needed to print a receipt. So, after I said "no receipt" she goes "it's not going to work you didn't print receipt" I told her well you didn't tell me either way so I wasn't sure. Finally, I got to leave and I was so ready to be in my car after dealing with her. Hopefully whenever I have to go back to that location I will have better service.

Nina Erickson1If I could give them a 0 star I would. At first the woman helping us seemed friendly. We told her of our situation with just moving out this way and that we had a P.O. Box and lived in a camper so that’s how we got our mail. She allowed me to set up a account. Mailed my card to me then emailed saying I didn’t have a real address and closed my account. When I emailed asking how to get my 27$ back that I had to use to start the account she never responded. Do not go to them. Asking with bad service their rates are that of a bank not a C.U

Donald Phelps5Best bank ever. Had Federal Debt to pay opened account 3 weeks early and even at Christmas they were excellent. Last minute glitch, most astute manager I’ve ever seen saved the day. I’ve just clicked the payment button and may it all click thru as well as Bellco. My Banking choice forever!! Thank you!!

Jon Hormachea1This location is always so unbelievable slow whether or not there are a lot of people inside at the time or none at all. Today I was refused being able to deposit a check from a client into my business account because it wasn't dated. Seriously? Everything else was filled out by the client and signed. And there is nothing in the Uniform Commercial Code about not being able to accept a check if it's not dated. It's assumed that the check was written same day. Any other bank of done business with where I've encountered this has just put the same date on the check for me and processed it. But not the teller at this location. Despite being the only person in the building who wasn't an employee at the time, I was refused service. I will not be returning to this location to do my banking.

Casey Morgan1I visited this specific branch this past year and the chubby manager judsen had a snotty attitude and wasn’t helpful at all I ended up opening a new account elsewhere and you should too don’t waste your time at a place where people don’t respect you

Ping Gou1I appled a loan online and one agent called me to open a account on a branch, it is closed to me, but the woman in the desk is not nice all, she said "I don't know that person called you, and I don't think your apolication will be aporoved", are you kidding me ? If she has question, why doesn't contact her co-worker ? was it because she wanted to go home earlier ?Unprofessional at all!
