  We had over a 5% interest rate and we had been praying on how we could reduce our overhead. I spoke with Nolan about our concerns and how we could save on our house mortgage. We provided some information about our home loan to see what the possibilities were. He ran some preliminary numbers and we liked what we saw. So we asked him to please move forward with the refinancing. This was a very pleasant experience and Nolan stayed in touch with us through the entire process.
