  So Teresa, Theresa or however you pronounce here name has been stressing me out with constant phone calls and emails and texts messages about missed payments. The pandemic really put me in a bad situation and the financial services do not care about your situation, at all! All they want is their money and they can care less about the situation you're in whether if you lost your job due to Covid 19, Hurricane Harvey or any hurricanes and tropical storms that happened this year. I just recently paid off my car and to think I was going to receive my title so I went to Automerc to see what I have to do to get my title. I was told I have to go to the Woodlands Financial Services office to get it. I was also unaware that I had a hidden late fee balance of $116.56 which SHOULD'VE BEEN ADDED TO MY FINAL PAYMENT. Now, back to Teresa. She told me once I pay this, I'll be done. I asked her how can I get my title as quick as possible. She told me to come to the office and pay the late fee and they will hand me the title right then and there. So today, I go there and ask about the title. I was told once I pay the late fee, they would MAIL IT TO ME!! So basically I drove all the way to the Woodlands, for nothing! Although I paid off my car, I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY TITLE. And note, I paid my car off in September. They're unprofessional and I am sorry for anyone who has to deal with them. I hope and pray it'll get paid off soon. To anyone who reads this, DO NOT GET A VEHICLE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! You can do better and I promise it'll save you the money, time and misery. 2020 was very challenging but these people tried to make it worse. I'm so glad I paid this car off so I can live my life without being stressed out, instead being stress free. Anyone who rates this 5 stars are either bots or people in the office that are trying to lure customers into a trap. DON'T DO IT!!!

  I can’t think of any other company that I dislike this much. They aren’t a very understanding company for starters. In the middle of a pandemic, where people have lost their jobs and can’t pay their car note they still expect you to pay it. They don’t ever listen to what you have to say, I leave a voicemail saying I’d be late on my car payment since I’ve been affected by COVID, and they called and harassed me anyways asking for the payment. This is the worst place to finance a car through, and I can’t wait until my car is paid off so I can stop dealing with these people.
