  I chose Cherry Creek out of a few lenders that I had to choose from and they were the most engaging and informative. Jonathan explained the process and maintained contact with me throughout to keep me informed and assist in ensuring the mortgage process would be smooth. Jonathan along with his team at Cherry Creek were instrumental in maintaining communication between myself, the builder, and the title company which made the closing process seamless. I would definitely choose Cherry Creek again if I'm in need of a mortgage lender.

  Johnathan was an excellent loan officer. Was very thorough through the entire process and kept us updated on everything we needed to know. Was never caught off guard with anything with him being our guy. Would definitely recommend Johnathan personally regardless where he was at! Great guy!

  Jonathan made my loan experience seamless and easy from the start. Where in the past I have dealt with other loan officers and company’s not responding after the application was taken, Jonathan was there every step of the way from answering my many questions to guiding me through the loan process. If I could recommend to anyone please don’t fall for the “low rates” that so many online lenders advertise because you will definitely not get the same one on one service as you would going with Mr. Jonathan Gonzalez! A+

  Jonathan was extremely helpful throughout the loan/home buying process. He even made himself available on his off days and would always get back to us with an answer to any questions we had. The only issue was that the lender would always ask for something, pay stub for example, then they’d ask where my allotments were going, then proof of where it’s going. Bank statements if I changed the amount I was putting into my own accounts. It got annoying quick. If I couldn’t afford the loan I wouldn’t be taking it out.
