  Kristy provided a phenomenal experience. She helped me through the entire loan process and was able to get me approve! I was scared because i never bought a home before and had a history of bad credit when I was younger. It was delightful to hear I was approve and even assisted me on what steps I needed to do to get a better score to lock in a better rate. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else.   Buying a new home is supposed to be fun, but Pre-Approvals, Closing Costs, Proof of Income, and so much more really takes the wind out of the sails. This time was different with Kristy. From the get-go we felt better informed, had a better understanding of what was in the fine print, and how things could shape-up/be impacted going forward. What a contrast to our first home buying experience. The entire team is organized, punctual and always checking in with us.
