  Marty was great in helping us refi to a 15 year fixed mortgage. He walked us through all the loan options, costs, and savings so we could make an informed decision. In addition to providing a rate 0.5% lower than the bank that had done our last two mortgages, he was able to answer all of our questions even reaching out to the lender for clarification when needed. Overall a great experience.

  Marty was great as he helped communicate with me through the entire process of getting the loan. He was patient with me and helped guide me through the nuts and bolts that were necessary to secure the loan. I would highly recommend Marty for any morgage loan that a client may need. In summary he was a delight to work with.

  Marty was great to work with when we refinanced our home. Even when unexpected issues came up that made me frustrated, he answered my questions with patience and kindness. I would definitely recommend his services for first mortgage or refinance.

  Martin with Home Lending is simply best. I can't imagine using another lender after using him. The home buying process can be very stressful with some lenders just looking to get you prequalified as quickly as possible and out the door, we didn't feel that way at all while working with Martin. We felt that he listened to our concerns, and was able to articulate very clearly how the process would go and kept very open lines of communication through out the entire process. I highly recommend.

  We didn’t think we would be able to get qualified for buying a home. Marty explained the whole process to us and helped us know what to do to be able to qualify. He stayed within our budget and worked with are realtor so that we were all on the same page. Whenever we put in an offer in this crazy market he was even willing to put in a good recommendation for us. He went above and beyond to help us find our perfect first home! Thank you so much Marty!
