Barbara Jacquemin5Went to the Lone Tree branch in Denver with my daughter and received excellent service. I thought about making an appointment for my business but when I called, they indicated all could be done at the window. The girl was very professional and completed all my estate transactions correctly. It took about 30 minutes but this was ok since I was closing an account.

Nicole Kreb1I interviewed with this company for an asset transfer Rep. position. Made it through the first interview and received an invitation for a second interview with 3 managers. I wasn't able to "see" them as my videocamera didn't cooperate. I am a very well experienced business woman in the financial industry and I was very disappointed that I didn't get the opportunity to show my abilities and think that I didn't get a fair shake. I guess experience does not mean anything

Tucker Conrad4Solid financial services at a beautiful office plex. While my partner and I have always had good experiences some of those we have recommended have had less than a stellar time, with some concern that their wealth was not sufficient enough to bother with.

Nolawlessness Period1So on one of their job descriptions it says "Demonstrate a strong knack for identifying waste and helping teams devise streamlined solutions". So after 100 years of existance paper shuffling you still have waste? Wow. Oh yes, yes, the fairy tale about 6-sigma but even then by 100 years and supercomputers, AI, you still have waste?! Great! Obsolete job descriptions like this exist at every company including this one, probably the HR people themselves are not competent so they have hired wrong people for 100 years and you have been dealing with waste for a century. Perhaps, the only things the department managers know to do when it comes to waste removal is remove people, which too may not have worked because you still have waste. Maybe when TD Ameritrade comes in, replace all these guys with those guys and don't take another 100 years to figure out you still have waste. And if that does not work, interview people on the phones (your AI screening hasn't worked either, again the 100 year problem), don't go by some fairy tale STAR stories (most of them are made up anyways otherwise, again, your waste problem wouldn't exist because each of these STAR resume boasts about reducing waste by 50% and increasing revenue by 100% at my previous job. How come that didnt happen now?), again don't screen by AI because some people are really qualified but not great hollywood actors to tell you all the stuff that happened in last 10 years or even yesterday. Remember, all people are different some have great memory and some have great logic. Give them a try and if they can't do what they say, boot them in 2 months. Yes, yes state unemployment etc short term problems but your waste problem would dwindle down to a 5-7 years problem as all the right people would be in right places in that short time, not 100 years. Maybe I can teach your HR a thing or two, never worked in HR before and fresh ideas comes from God knows where.

Kevin Christensen5Friendly bank tellers and never a long wait fror my experience. I only stop by once a year to drop off my IRA contribution. The web portal offered by Schwab is the best I’ve found on the market. They also provide an investment adviser free of cost, just for having an account. The complex is huge and looks amazing in Lone Tree. I wish they had more branches but you can’t always get what you want.

Kari Delgado1I went in to transfer some IRAs over and start some college accounts for my kids. I talked to Sarah Villalobos at the Lone Tree branch in Colorado. She basically acted like I didn't have enough money for her to bother with me. She said she would send me an email with some information on setting up the college account, something we had to do on our own without her help, and I never got anything. Sorry I am not important to you. My husband has a lot of money invested with you through his company. Too bad.
Response from the ownerHi Kari. We’re sorry to hear about your poor experience. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. We will follow up with the branch.
