  Joe and Virginia pass off tasks like a well-practiced football team hiking the ball. We were never dropped, heard from them regularly and immediately with any updates, and they were always happy to help, follow up, or walk us through something. The best part was, they got us pre-arrived and approved for our loan more than a week before the deadline, and their original loan payment estimates were within $10 of our final closing disclosure. Well done guys!

  I just closed on a mortgage refinance, and I could not possibly be any happier. The application process was simple and easy (all online) and the Modern Mortgage staff was always very helpful. However, what I didn't expect was that Joe continued shopping rates and lenders after I locked. At the time I was refinancing, the rates were very volatile, and Joe managed to find a lower rate that eliminated the need to bring cash to closing. If you've ever refinanced, you know that most brokers lock the rate and move on to the next customer. This couldn't be further from the truth with this broker; they stayed on top of the changing rates and got me a rate that was better than I expected. This is a shining example of a business that's truly looking to earn your business with over-the-top customer service.
