  Definitely a 5-star rating for Denise Estrada at Watkins Mortgage. She was very professional, responsive and just on top of things overall. We did a refi and she truly looked out for us and gave us the best options. We ended up with a lower payment, lower interest, And saved a TON of money in the long run. This was a great decision and Denise was just exceptional!
