  This is a new branch. Capital One has closed a lot of branches in the DFW area. I am sure they are doing this to reduce costs and increase an online foot print. I hope that this bank stays open for many years as it is conveniently located. I wish they had an in person drive through like their predecessors but overall I have had an enjoyable experience at this branch. Thank you!

  You deposit my check into somebody else account and then not only make me wait for your mistake but lie to me and say the check is on hold when it has cleared and been cashed on the other parties end horrible branch and service would give you 0 stars if I could

  I'm so glad the location on Denton Tap is open inside for service with bank tellers, also has drive through. It's right off Belt Line near the Interstate.

  I'd give a 0 if I could. CAPONE closed the Lewisville location which was a full service bank. Now CAPONE only has minimum service branches. What a joke! If you need to deposit or cash a check, good luck.

  Refused to let me make a deposit even after I told him I had no interest in using the ATM. The young man replied, "Well we'll change that today." I was only there because Lewisville shut down after Flower Mound closed. I'll just go elsewhere for my banking needs.

  They had an account that included all of the features I wanted and it was quick an easy to set up. It is not a typical bank layout or feel but works well. Thumbs up from me.

  Went here because they closed the Irving location near me and felt like taking a drive. Lesly was super helpful, friendly and fast. Thanks Lesly, since I live in Irving and Coppell is not that far I'll just start coming here.

  It’s 250pm on a Thursday and the bank is closed. WHY!! Why are you closed in the middle of a day. The hours are already horrible and then you elect to be closed whenever you want.

  This branch has horrible customer service... what is going on with Capital one? I've been having my accounts with Capital one for about 10 years, and this one is the one of the worst one, started to think to change my bank account.

  Nice bank and good customer service Erick was really helpful with my account you can tell he actually cares.
