  RUN GO ELSEWHERE!!! Jill Burt and "Victory mortgage" promised that she would help me with my mortgage and then I could get a certain percentage off during the pandemic. She asked me to fill out a whole bunch of documents over text message like she always does without actually having the decency to pick up the phone and call me. I filled out everything that she wanted she asked me if she could pull my credit I reluctantly said yes. Then she gave me rates that were terrible and would not negotiate with me at all. I asked her if I could have a copy of my credit report so I could shop around and I would pay for it she said no EFFECTIVELY HOLDING MY CREDIT SCORE RANSOM When I asked if we could talk she sent me a text that said she had a lot of calls and she would call me when it was my turn in her cue... lol this is TERRIBLE customer service. She isn't very personable and it negatively affected my credit score and she will never get a referral or my business... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You will thank you later.
