      I scheduled an appointment for wire transfer at 4:30 PM but had to wait 40 min until someone volunteered to help, so even if you scheduled an appointment and you got all these confirmation texts and emails still there is no guarantee that you will be served, imagine all this technology we have today and they still can not make it, Coppell is deserving more than this, this poor customer services will bring this bank reputation down but looks like they don't care, one of the biggest banks in the US has short staff! MY QUESTION IS: If I am 40 minutes late for my appointment, will they excuse me and provide me with the service I want? I'm sure they will not.

      Worst employees at this location. Most are here to collect the paycheck. There is no attitude of customer service. Everyone is seating idle, there are no customers in queue, yet they refuse to work. Please do not respond to this post as that adds to insult. if anything, you want to do train your employees to earn their salaries.

      We were told that we needed to schedule an appointment to open a new account. The first available appointment was about a week away. I scheduled an appointment, and have now been waiting over 25 minutes pay that appointment time, still not having been helped. The tellers cannot estimate when the banker will be available for the appointment. This branch will probably close, given the lousy customer service and lack of staff.

      I walked into the Coppell, Texas branch to open a new account. I was told that all bankers were in a meeting and that I'd have to wait 20 minutes. I chose do leave and not work with this branch. Why make the client wait in the middle of the afternoon? If a client is in the branch you stop what you are doing and help them out.

      Update: After I messaged them, they refunded the monthly fee. I'm upgrading to 3 stars. Original review: I've dealt with a few different banks. Wells-fargo has been the worst. When my debit card expired they didn't send me a new one. Every bank I've worked with has done this automatically. When I called them to send me a new one, they said I have to come in to request it. During the covid craziness. I want to minimize my exposure and they insist I have to come in for for this. I decided to close my account and transfer my money out. Guess what, they slam a monthly fee and my account is now negative. Guess what, I can come in to pay this. Avoid this bank at all costs. There are plenty of other banks who treat you like a valuable customer.

      Needed a direct deposit form printed out that had my name labeled on it somewhere for new job (the form online doesn’t provide your name). So I have to come in and there was only one banker working and a ton of people waiting. When I first got here, there was only one person in front of me and it took forever. All the while, Mark, the manager on hand was fiddling in his office doing nothing. I’m writing this review because that’s an example of such poor management. The bank doesn’t close until 5 and he leaves early (3 pm), with seeing a line of customers needing help from a banker and instead of helping out (I guess that was above him), we are now left still waiting on the overly chatty banker.

      Team in this branch is great! The branch manager Amber was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She had Amudha assist me with the service I needed, she was very professional and prompt. I literally was in and out in less that 10 mins! Thank you so much ladies!

      I would like to thank Thonny for going above and beyond to help me yesterday. I was having a bad day and as I was depositing a lot of my Christmas money in the ATM it got jammed and only deposited 1 cent. I went inside and explained what happened and the young lady told me I would have to wait 2 to 3 days to receive my deposit on my account. I would have to call customer service. She saw the disappointed look on my face and had Thonny help to see if I can speed up the process cause it was the holidays. Thonny made it happen in 2hrs! I was literally crying cause I didn't think I was gonna be able to buy any Christmas gift before I left out of town. Thanks to Thonny I did! Not a lot of companies would have done what they did. Great customer service!!! Thank you soooo much and Merry Christmas!
